The walls were fragile, we could hear the next door people late at night.

The best part of breakfast was that we could ask for any coffee we wanted. The rest of breakfast was okay, but it had too many carbohydrates. The location was great, close enough to the train station and bus shuttles to the airport, Our room was taking care well, the bed was comfortable.

The shutters being closed down after the room had been cleaned, couldn’t find how to open them . I could have asked for them to be open but didn’t as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. I just thought it was a bit strange.

The location was perfect within a short walking distance of the train station. The room was spotless , spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Staff were all really friendly.

The walls are paper thin and you cannot sleep if your neighbors are talking. This is the major flaw of the hotel.

Pretty spacious for the money. Very clean with super friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Location is just OK, but with great connections to every part of the city

Room was small but adequate. Balcony was not assable due to door handle removed, looked like upgrades being done, which is brilliant but not mentioned when booking the room or checking in. Bathroom definitely needs upgrading. No bathrobes provided but supposed to be provided with room booked. Mini bar was nicely stocked but didn't use any due to 1 bottle of water half full and seal broke on bottle.

The location is brilliant. Room was very warm, which was great for this time of year. Bed was very comfortable.

Something I always notice in almost every hotel no matter where in the world: they forget to put a small, cozy light in the room for in the evening. Always big, clear lights, that keeps you awake in the evening .. But that is really the only thing...

I loved staying here! Was here for 3 nights, had a big room on 4th floor. Quiet, slept well. The bed was very good, hard matress which I like. The men behind the reception are all very friendly. Airco and wifi worked well. Athough the room did not really looked like the photos (bit less cozy, more basic), I did not really mind cause the room has everything you need. Was very clean and they kept it very clean each day. Location also perfect. For sure I will come back at this place. Last thing: for everyone who likes a good thai/oil massage (decent one!!) there is a very professional massage saloon just across the street which I highly reccomand: it is called One Season

Tha air conditioning did not work from the outset and needed to complain about it. But after some minutes and a bit of persuassion they fixed it and worked flawlessly

Very good and fresh breakfast. Liked there was no coffee machine, the staff prepared your choice of coffee. Room was big' comfortable and clean/ Air conditioning was not working because of outside temperature (?) but after asking and complaining they fixed it.

Nothing to complain. I hope to buy breakfast on one of the mornings but I found it a bit too simple for 10 euro.

The location is very close to the Milan Central station which is very convenient. There is a coffee shop next to the hotel if you need a quick breakfast. There is a supermarket nearby. Tram number 1 which takes you straight to the center is just around the corner. The room is very spacious, clean, and warm. Customer service is very good and friendly. The area is quite.

Location is just 5 minutes from Milan Central station. Clean, comfortable and airy room full of light with a balcony. Breakfast more than satisfactory. Recommended and will stay again.
