The bed creaked a lot

The shower is leaking, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor. Since there are more then 1 user of the shower that part is not sanitary. The bed is of poor quality, and since there is no additional furniture in the room, this further affects the overall comfort.The room has a shared balcony with three other rooms, which is acceptable, but there is only one chair available inside. Having to take it in and out constantly is inconvenient and unnecessary. Additionally, the bedside table is broken ans leans on to the bed with just 1 thread so no place for any stuff. Only 1 side little table for all our cosmetics. There are only two power outlets in the entire room, which is insufficient for more than 2 users like we were.

Location, overall feeling of safety in central part of town and the vibe of the town from the balcony. Kitchen is handy and just the right size ! Kithchen balcony for drying clothes is also nice. Like the easy entry from the street and close by food shop for breakfasts and for up to 3 nights what more do you need :) right ? And the fact that it was the cheapest on booking for my pricerange so for someone who doesnt mind sharing kitchen and the toilet with others..and the other clients were dear and kind

Only a little suggestion that the lock of the small washroom was not working. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Common bathroom, but it should not be a problem if you stay for a night. The bathroom is very clean and modern. Everything squeaks (bed, doors) really bad, which is very unconfortable, because it's basically 4 rooms in an apartment. I would change the wooden beds immediately, and also the wooden doors.

Good location, near the train station and near the city center (10 min walk). Balcony with a view over the city, the amenities are new. Good value for money

Location near station and close to old town, very clean and fresh smell, nice minimalistic design, fair space, good contact with hosts, 2 bathrooms which makes life easier, balcony is great, good for 1-2 nights

The street was very noisy so it was impossible to sleep with an open window. There was no air conditioning, which would be unbearable in summer, but since we used the accommodation at the begging of April it was not too hot in the room. The biggest problem were extremely noisy doors to the room and beds, which creacked terribly every time somebody moved. The door did not keep away the noises from the corridor at all. We did not have a very good sleep there. It was not possible to check in without internet.

The location was great, only a short walk from Bari Centrale train station. There were two great cafes and a supermarket just a few meters away. There was a small lift in the building. There were only four rooms in the apartment and two bathrooms. The kitchen and the bathrooms looked newly furnished, were very clean and well equipped. There was a balcony in the room.

There are seperated contact number of contacting with someone with the room. I just don’t want to contact with 3 numbers for one room. I requested check out delayed even if I needed to pay but the owner was answer after checking out time because he was not the time to answer. I think you guys need to notice first to customer about seperated time for the answering.

It’s not your place if you’re sensitive to sounds: The walls are thin (depending on the room), the bed is squeaking - you hear everything that is happening in the apartment and on the street. The water in the shower is either boiling or freezing. It’s not an apartment to bring a baby (someone did it)!!

It was clean, the staff was reachable and the location is good. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely renovated! I felt comfortable. It was good for the price and most importantly- the room was clean :)

The furniture in the room looks creative, it's brand new, but our bed creaked a lot - when you sit on it, you hear a crack. Perhaps this will change over time. Overall, the atmosphere is very cosy and homely. I recommend the accommodation for short and long stays.

The location of the accommodation is ideal - in the city centre, close to the railway station, with tourist attractions within easy walking distance. Convenient self-check-in, the staff is always in touch if needed. The property is decorated in a great style with fresh renovation. The shared kitchen has everything you need: a stove, kettle, fridge, and kitchenware. Our room had access to a very large shared balcony overlooking the city, which adds to the atmosphere.

I prefer guest houses where the staff is present, this is not the case here ever. But that's just my personal preference. That said they were helpful via WhatsApp. Still I think it's too expensive for what they offer.

Perfect location, since it is close to the train station (which has a Despar supermarket inside, not expensive) and only a short walk from the old town. My room was big and the bed comfortable. The common area / kitchen and the bathrooms were also nice and clean.

There is no A/C be aware, but that is mentioned on their page so you cannot complain that they didn’t tell you, they have multiple fans in each room so that helps! Mosquito nets would be nice in the windows to be able to open them at night since is pretty fresh and not get mosquitos in your room

Staff is excellent and helpful and friendly! everything works and is perfect in the units, kitchen is a nice help, even if it’s shared never had an issue cooking because most people go out to eat considering all the options to eat around.

The room only had a ventilator and it was very hot, it would have been better with air conditioning. It would also be nice to have a bin in the room. The shower was switching between hot and cold water.

The room was nice, exactly like in the photo. Two bathrooms were enough for the people, everything was clean. Very close to the city center by foot, close to nice cafes.

One of the bathrooms was a little small, the other one was great. When knew beforehand that there would not be an airconditioner, but it would’ve been great if it had one because it gets warm.
