Little bit out of the way and the way to enter the property is a bit complicated. Late check in was fine for us but we didn’t know where to go, I had to message on booking.com and someone came and found us from a bar near by to help us out and let us in

We never saw any staff member. One night we arrived late and the door to the suites was open. Another guest seemed to be snooping around the reception and then went to his room when he saw us. For this price we feel it is more secure if a staff member is present at least in the daytime.

Great location and clean room. It was very easy to self check in even though we arrived in the middle of the night.

Outside, environment…….felt it was not hotel type but industrial office……did not like gas pipe in balcony or no view outside window except loads of airconditioning units and industrial looking outside …no view…..Room was very comfortable , clean but 5 floors up……door locking at night was a challenge with the keys as they spun in the lock….at one point thought locked out……

The location was perfect! So close to the city center . Walking distance to most of the attractions . The only thing that was a little annoying was the multiple keys we needed to use to get to the room .

The noise at night (we were there 4 nights and didn't have one good night sleep). Being next to a main road, there was constant traffic noise, car horns, emergency sirens, the beat from what sounded like a night club nearby (?), bin lorries right outside, a loud party nearby on the final night. No night security personnel or reception available to help. Without the noise it would have been a 10/10.

The welcome, the information, a spacious room on the 5th floor, the comfortable bed, the river view, the cleanliness, complimentary water, being midway between Vatican and other attractions in the centre (maximum 40 minutes walk from train station and to Colosseum)

The bed was not comfortable at all, there was a sink in the middle of the bed, the hot water ran out in the middle of the shower, there is no hair conditioner and moisturizer, there were no warm blankets

The staff was charming, professional and very kind, gave good recommendations and helped as best they could

Walls were pretty worn from previous use and both bedside hanging lights were broken.

Checking was a bit difficult at night, some of the lights were not working in the room. Asked for them to be fixed however not followed up. Also the room didn't seem as big as we thought. With 2 bags it was hard to move around at times

Bed was comfy, room was clean we had great aircon and the location was great for our trip.

When checking out we were told to leave the keys in the room but then got locked in the courtyard. Luckily there was a cleaner on site to open the door for us, but if you are leaving on a weekend, make sure that you know how to get out of the property without your keys

Great location. Room was a tight squeeze with our large luggage, but the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Nice area with good restaurants close by. Staff were incredibly helpful with our need for a late check in. Would recommend to couples spending a few days in Rome.

Valerio is a very helpful person. The day we arrived at the hotel, he introduced us to Rome and gave us a map of the city. Our room was large, clean and newly furnished. The location of the hotel is close to the city center and the Vatican. Everywhere is within walking distance. The only negative thing is that there is no sign of the hotel outside the building where the hotel is located.

Road noise but you get that in central Rome. You can't get a view of the Tiber without road noise.

I didn't realise when booking that this was on a main road. Unfortunately, the traffic noise (especially motorbikes) would make it difficult to sleep. Also be aware that bottle bins are emptied every night by bin men at around 11.00/12.00. We did have a little difficulty locating where the apartment was in the building, but the host was very responsive with this issue. There are a few keys to get used to for your stay.

Good location for walking to most sites. Everything you will need is in the room, including coffee, water, and toiletries, and replenished daily. The host was really friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to visit and eat. Very accomidating with letting us leave our bags on the last day so we didn't have to take them around Rome with us.
