Check-in confusing and questionable security-wise: part of the communication on WhatsApp (from a number different to the one on Booking), entering of personal document data on a third party platform requested. No kitchen towel (but we've found an extra towel in the bedroom).

Clean, well equipped apartment, near the center (10 min walk to the arena).

The curtains in the rooms are almost transparent so there is no privacy.

There was an inconvenience with the toilet but the host responded fast to my message. It was towards the end of our stay, but the host provided us with an alternative solution and apologized for the inconvenience

-Ideal location, in the middle between the center and the train station and both at walking distance -Very communicative host, provided recommendations for the city. They are really paying attention to maintaining and improving the apartment -Very clean apartment with mostly new furniture. If you don't mind sharing the kitchen and living room, it is a value for money choice in Verona

All good. I always think that having proper soap at least would have been a plus. Cheaping out on toiletries at this level of rental looks cheap

Nothing at all. Maybe the floor wasn't totally clean but this is a very small detail.

I really liked the hotel, the location close to train station, arena, markets, restaurants... the apartment is huge, good for 4 people with ease, comfortable beds, shower, ample dining room, good internet access. The apartment looked new and very well maintened. The cooking equipments were ok, we did use them well. The communication with our host was good, everything was explained with details and check in and check out was easy. Also, we had the chance to leave our luggage at the host's office for the day, which was very useful for us.

No toaster was a bummer but made it work.

Not far from train station. Supermarket across the street. Great pizza place around the corner. Beds a little dated but cozy. Plenty of room for us as a family of 6.

Claudia helped and informed us on every step of our journey here in Verona. Very useful videos on how to get to the apartment :) There are some parking options available: we chose parking Italia very close to the apartment (25 per day)

Excellent apt a few minutes walk from the centre of Verona, with a small supermarket directly opposite. Basis essentials such as coffee, sugar etc had also been left in the apt. In particular the managing agent of the apt was very helpful, ensuring that some items we had left behind were forwarded to our next Italian stop. Great communication.

The balcony was a bit sad but that was also already known from the information so all ok.

The apartment was very clean and had all we needed for a few days. The kitchen is not for advanced cooking but good enough. The sofa bed was comfortable, and the apartment was close to both train station and the arena/old town which was comvenient. good air-condition and washing machine.

The flat was clean, airy, inviting and comfortable. It had all the facilities for a family of 3-4 to stay comfortably for a few days. The hosts gave us separate blankets. The hosts had prepared a manual giving detailed instructions and even mentioned all the cafes and restaurants one could go to. It was a 20-25 mins comfortable walk from all major attractions.

Under the bedroom window there was a plant that when heated by the sun smells very unpleasant like a smell of mold.

Apartment is near the center, but in a quiet street. It is completely equipped and clean. Self checking is a plus. There are coffee shops quite near and a supermarket on the other side of the street. There are very good restaurants near.

Although it's referred when you make the booking, it's important to highlight that you are renting a room in a shared apartment.

It's an easy 10 minutes walk from the city center. Good options to park the car near by. Very cosy, clean and well taken care. It's a great choice to stay when visiting Verona.

Loved our stay in the apartment! Perfect location, close to everything, plus supermarket litterally opposite the entrance. Walking distance to all the attractions in the city and also train station. Aparment had everything we needed, clean, spacious and staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will stay again on our next trip to Verona!

Location was superb, very clean, well equipped and thoughtful touches such as the coffee, sugar, condiments etc. Beds were very comfortable and opposite there was a supermarket, bakery next door and parking really wasn't an issue. Highly recommended.
