The bathroom needs renovation because the bath was a rusty and the water pressure was low.

Couldn’t access the beach easily. Pillows were terribly lumpy and thin and only one extra pillow in the cupboard for a double bed. Wifi was terrible Breakfast room was too big and spread out and did not have a cosy atmosphere. Food was ok.

The AC in the room didn’t really cool. The pictures of the hotels ARe false, as a human, you see a pool on the pictures but then when you ask to use the pool, they say “oh what you see in the picture is not our pool, it’s the property across, you can go and use it at a charge. It cost 15euros per person . The hotel has a link with J beack- 1km down the road and that cost 30 euros to get 2 sunbeds and an umbrella to use the beach, if you want to use the pool (which you won’t have access to including bar toilets etc) it’s an extra 35 euros for 2 sun beds and an umbrella. This really put a damper on our stay

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was quite dusty. It made noise all night, even when turned off. The balcony wasn’t well maintained. We were surprised by the extra charge for two small bottles of water — usually, water is included in the room rate at hotels.

Building is old and rooms are very basic.

Staff was amazing. Service was very good. Special thanks to Mr Usama and Ms Anna in the breakfast team. There is a supermarket nearby and beach is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is decent with multiple local Italian bakery items. Bread selection could be Improved.

Just a little niggle. We used the two small bottles of water from the fridge in the room and didn’t see any sign of a list of prices. On checking out we were asked if we had used anything from the ‘mini bar’ which we thought was a little strange as there was nothing in the fridge but the two bottles of water which we assumed were complimentary. In their favour the receptionist did let us off the 5 euros they had wanted to charge.

The staff were friendly and helpful in all areas. The breakfast was very good and there was a lovely selection of food. The room and bathroom were a good size and comfortable.

The Name of the Hotel. Not visible from the road. Drove several times past it before finding it. The Bar in the Reception Area No Bar Staff to serve you No Tea/Coffee-making facilities in our room It always felt a little distant from you.

It was spotlessly clean, and the room was a good size with places for everything. Good bathroom and shower. Good parking for our car, which was included in our room rate

It's posted whit beach front, in reality they have a contract or mutual contract with a beach named J beach where you need to pay for the facilities and it's situated 1 mile from the hotel 😔

This hotel was entirely inadequate. It quite frankly is just beds and a toilet. The bathroom is so outdated marks all in the tub, the drain is dirty, the tub leaks out the bottom when you shower, you have to bend for the shower as it’s not tall enough, there is no iron nor one you can borrow. The air conditioner would click off at night and then back on, there is no advertisement or information of the fact there is a fridge, we found out on the last day there was and you have to push it inwards to open it, we had no idea as it is not obvious at all. The sink splashes water everywhere when you open the tap, all onto the surrounding sink everywhere and the floor. The worst part was the fact they advertise a pool and when we asked they said there is no pool on site but a 1km walk away and you have to pay extra. Why advertise a pool? We booked for this. The beach is also around 15 min walk away and is nice, there is a private lido opposite but again extra charge for use of pool and beach. Honestly I did not enjoy this room and would never recommend this place or stay again.

Very strange hotel, it was promised swimming pool while booking, at least there are pictures with nice swimming pool. But in reality the swimming pool is 1 km away and for additional cost. And at the same time there is another swimming pool just cross the street for cheaper price. So, we haven’t understood this trick… Also we were charged 5 EUR for water from minibar, which was very strange, because there was nothing else except water and usually the water is always free. First time I saw this in “4 star hotel”. Can’t recommend this place.

It was old and dated. Had dead mozzie’s on the wall and cobwebs. I would have had a bath but the bath was yellow and looked dated. It said it had different bars in the hotel but non were open. The room was noisy from the road and loud air conditioning in the room. I found the bed very uncomfortable and breakfast was not very inspirational.
