How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Couple of the soaps were empty when we got there and the shower position made it so that it was getting the floor wet
The staff were very friendly even though we don't speak any italian, they remembered our room number and got our key for us as soon as we came in the door everytime. We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours early (before check in) and they had the room ready for us within 10 minutes. Good selection of different foods at breakfast, never had cheesecake at breakfast time before.

The shower was super small. Noise very early jn the morning (i think were the cleaning ladies).
Very modern and colorful hotel. Very comfortable beds. Good toiletries.

Pretty pricey for the standard.
Close to the station, you can walk to and from there easily. Also close to public transport to other spots. Comfortable and clean.

Good location, 5 minutes to Milano Centrale and Buenos Aires street. The room is quite spacious with 2 windows, comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is clean, but a little tired. The breakfast is quite tasty with good choice, everyone will choose something for themselves, they make espresso and cappuccino. You can leave your luggage after check-out.

Shower room is quite small.
We got a room with shower as requested. However the shower was a bit too small. The hotel provided coffee, cake and juice for all guests in the lobby.

Clean and good facilities and kind& polite staff. There’s a good pizza shop, so easy to dine in or takeout. 7min walk to Milano Centrale station.

Definitely not a 4-star, more a 3-star, and the single room and the shower + bathroom were really small, too small. Ok for 1/2 nights, but not more.
Nice, clean hotel, conveniently located when arriving at Central Station, and 15/20 min to Garibaldi station by subway. Helpful staff. Restaurant and ice cream options really close.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The reception staff were exceptionally cooperative and welcoming. The location is very convenient—just an 8-minute walk to the Central Station. Breakfast was good, and the chef was incredibly kind. Room size is also good ..

The lift did not work very well ,but we were on the second floor ,so it was ok with us

Our Florence 4 star had plentiful and no cost sparking and still water. Would have been nice to have more complimentary water in Milan. Air conditioning did not seem to be as cool overnight. Long way to walk to Milan cathedral. Advice on public transport would be helpful. We got an uber back for around 12 euro so not too bad.
Comfortable beds. Modern design. Large room. Great breakfast.

It's a good hotel but we just felt a little underwhelmed. The photos are lovely but, on arrival, it becomes clear that they are all staging photos. The rooms do not have joyful splashes of colour and there are no nice vases or bed throws... it's just feels all a bit austere and bland. The afternoon "coffee bar" is a nice bar...but ultimately just a Nespresso machine and a "sort yourself out" type notice, , etc., and there are "do not touch" signs everywhere in the funky reception which spoils the vibe. Staff were top notch though, and very helpful. Rooms were a decent size and everything was clean/worked as it should.

It looks a bit older than on photos, although everything works fine. It’s just not THAT colourful and fun :)
It is a nice place in a great location. Paid underground parking nearby (the hotel provide a discount). It has conditioning in rooms, clean linens, good bathrooms. It’s a great place for a couple of nights

The location is very convenient: just 7 min walk from the central railway station, lots of restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast is really nice, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The shower was a bit compact

The bedroom was very comfortable but the bathroom shower was very small. Could do with more hooks in bathroom or bedroom to hang towels on
Hotel is in a good location not far from Centrale station The breakfast room was very pleasant and a good choice of food for a continental breakfast.
