We were fortunate enough to have the B&B to ourselves until the last night. The apartment was a little noisy (echoed) when doors were closed in the B&B.

Great hospitality. Easy check in. Alessandro goes out of his way to help in any way to ensure your experience is the best. Provide suggestion for restaurants, sites and ordered taxis. The bed was comfortable with outlets available. The bathroom was well appointed with toiletries (slippers were a nice touch). Having an iron available was helpful too. The shower was spacious and had a shelf for personal items. The kitchen was well equipped and the croissants were amazing. Right on the Arno. Great location for walking thru the neighborhoods on both sides of the river.

Alessandro is an awesome host. Following up with all our needs and going over and beyond with special touches like a birthday surprise. Location is convenient and there’s even a delicious gelateria steps away.

Hosts were tremendously welcoming and very helpful. Great to be on the edge of all the hubbub, quiet and yet within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Having breakfast provided and the ability to self-cater was great. Would definitely stay there again.

A lovely room, very clean with comfortable beds. There was an excellent selection of foods on offer for breakfast, which was laid out in the shared kitchen. Alessandro was very helpful throughout our stay, asking whether we needed anything and offering advice on places to go. Medici Soderini is very central and it is easy to walk into Florence. There is a supermarket nearby and lovely restaurants around the corner. The city is beautiful - we had a lovely holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a location to stay. Thank you.

Overall great stay, only thing to know is that staff will be available for your checkin only at the time you advise, so need to communicate exact time of arrival to your host

The B&B concept worked great, fully equipped kitchen with all breakfast supplies which are refilled everyday. Great location at the Arno river, walking distance to all sights. Host was in contact for any requirements everyday.

Our holiday to Florence could not have been better if we didn’t stay at BB Medici, Alessandro had a personal and very kind approach for his guests, we exchanged messages in order to organise our stay at best. Matteo welcomed us and helped us which was great! Rooms are big enough, well furnished,very clean. Breakfast was excellent, the host even organized a savory breakfast for us as we demanded. The location is great-3 minutes from the historical center. We recommend it to everyone!

Just a minor thing--it would have been great to have a net/screen on the bathroom window.

Perfect location in Santo Spirito that is not overcrowded with tourists. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Breakfast options were great with eggs, fresh croissants daily, yogurt, coffee, fruit, and more. Easily walkable to SMN train station, Cathedral/Duomo, and other notable sights. Would definitely stay again!

We stay in quite a lot of accommodation around the world, and I honestly feel that I couldnt find anything I didnt like about Medici Soderini.

The Medici Soderini apartment is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. You feel you are in the middle of Florence, but as comfortable as being home. The quality of the kitchen area and breakfast provisions were excellent. The rooms were lovely, thoughtfully furnished and very private and comfortable. The host (Alessandro) is very attentive and checked with us to make sure everything was OK.

Nothing really. The common lift (only one floor needed, is tiny) but we just used the stairs anyway. So cannot complain, the property was in a great position for everything we had hoped to explore with restaurants, shops, etc only minutes away. Plus you felt safe in the area walking at night.

Medici Soderini was perfect for our 3 nights in Florence. Arriving by car was more difficult due to the blocked streets but once the car was parked (not part of the property) our time around Florence was all walking. Being on the river meant that each morning you leave the premises to walk the streets, crossing the local bridges too things Florence. The property had a lovely kitchen area for all guests to use, with your breakfast put to one side and the ability to make coffee, etc when it suited you. The property was very clean, secure and quiet so a perfect place to rest after walking many km's each day. Also we were greeted on arrival and shown where & how plus our point of contact via What's App was extremely helpful in answering any queries or providing local information about sites, restaurants and even some trivia which was a nice touch.

Nothing. Our driver had a hard time finding it but a call to the B&B and it was located without a problem.

We had a fabulous stay. My hubby and I took a university friend on our trip to Florence. It worked out perfectly as we had two beds on separate levels. The breakfast and snacks were great for us to start our days touring Florence and Tuscany. Alessandro was so helpful and booked a taxi for us the early morning of our departure. The location was quiet and it was perfect for us to walk to see the sights. There are many great restaurants nearby and gelato stores at either end of the block. We will be back the next time we are in Florence!
