Great location, easy check in, excellent host/communication, lovely rooms with charming furnishings

Be aware that living room space is limited, with only two chairs (as shown in pictures). We chatted around the kitchen table or on the couches in the main bedrooms.

The bathrooms in this apartment are correct but a bit dated.

It is close to the historical center of Mantova. A parking facility was available but we did not use it because I was driving a Minivan. However a public parking is at 50 meters from the apartment. it is spacious and comfortable. The owner was super responsive to our questions and needs. The quality versus price is very good.

Would be good to add a tub door (glass panel) to the bathtub, so that guests could take a shower in the bathroom as well.

Great location: within easy walking distance from the main sights while located in a quiet residential street. The host Andrea is friendly, very responsive and helpful. The beautifully decorated apartment with genuine antique furniture and art works instantly transport you into a period drama! Quite a thrill for travellers who are fascinated with history and culture! Meanwhile, the place is spotlessly clean.

    old and uncomfortable

old and unusable apartment: humid blankets, mold in shower and not enough room to use the hose made it impossible to take a the shower. Non-reflective mirrors because they were too old. Broken toilet paper holder. Frames on top of the main bed were thick, had dust and were placed in danger to fall on one's head. Electricity sockets blocked by beds. Noise everywhere, from the street and from other rooms. Entrance to the private parking was so narrow that we had to remove the car mirrors to fit.

    Location was ok
