I didn't like that there was no coffee/tea in the shared kitchen, and the apartment itself is sort of having the smell of an old building, it is an old building after all.. Also the system to open the apartment's main door was too noisy for my taste but that didn't seem to bother much 🙂

A well kept place, in a really good location, close to everything in Bergamo, near everything! There are plenty of shops, restaurants, terraces, cafes, bars to choose from! The funicular to old town is within walking distance, as well as the railway/bus station! Fabulous location, clean and in good condition! There wasn't any noise coming from the rest of the building, nor from the other tenants except for one morning when one of the tenants had an early start of the day when I could hear the water cattle boiling at 5 am in the morning... The building is a block of flats, a private residential building and the b&b is one of these private apartments. The people living in this building are stylish, polite and helpful! There was a sophisticated lady showing us where the apartment is located, as well as opening the building's main door for us!

The shared kitchen barely has anything. No plates no pot no aluminum foil for the oven. The fridge is tiny.

The rooms are clean. There is air conditioning. Nice location as it's close to supermarkets.

The room was in the center of Bergamo very close to everything. The room was spacious for a family and very clean and modern. The communication with the host impeccable. Definitely would choose again in another visit to beautiful Bergamo. Ciao V.

Everything was just perfect!

Everything was perfect from the beginning-really good communication, the place was in the centre in a quite area. Close to the station, shops, everywhere. Room was very clean, we can use kitchen. I like this place a lot and for sure I will book again when I back.

Just a small suggestion: consider adding a full-sized mirror in the hallway.

The apartments were nice and modern. The bathrooms were really clean. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable too. We were very pleased with this accomodation and with the comunication. The owner Veronica was lovely and caring. She recommended a lot places where to eat or what to see and asked everyday if everything was okay and if we need anything. It was in the city centre and everything was very close. Small tip: In Italy. they use different plug types, you might consider bringing an adoptor with you. In our apartment the sockets were slightly different, okay to charge your phone but not compatible with hair curler/straightener with different plug, especially in the bathroom. It was possible to use it in the bedroom though, the socket there was more standardized.

I probably should have booked the quadruple room - but there were only 3 of us. The pictures are very skillfully taken, shall we say!

Excellent communication with staff. All queries answered quickly and efficiently. The triple room wasn't that big for 3 adults, but would have been fine for a couple and a child. The en-suite was excellent. Appreciated the cold water and the kitchenette was useful. Having the transfer (€30) from the airport at 01.30. arranged was made life much easier at that time of the morning! Great location in the very centre of Bergamo.

I embrace technology as facilitates communication, however, I would have like to meet face to face with the owner at least once. I had positive exchanges online with the owner. Also, a small desk and chair would have been an added bonus to the room.

I stayed only for one night. The location is perfect, close to everything. It seemed complicated to self-check-in at first, but the owner guided me very well. In the kitchen, there is coffee, water and simple kitchen tools.

This accommodation is located in the city centre. It takes like 10 minutes on foot to get there from the train station. It’s a newly refurbished flat. Everything is clean and fresh, the bed is perfectly comfortable. The Host is very kind and thoughtful. She contacted me immediately after I had booked our room. She sent me videos about how to find the building itself, how to open the doors, etc. We’re totally happy with the provided services. If you travel to Bergamo, I highly recommend you to choose a room at Max Rooms, it’s worth it. This is absolutely good value for money.

Owner is rude and left us stranded for over an hour.

Very rude owner, didn’t send any information on how to get access to room, spent over an hour trying to find room and eventually when contact was made with owner they tried to blame us. I’ve had hundreds of very good previous bookings and never come across an owner so aggressive and arrogant. Will never use again.
