It was fine for the price.

Convenient place to stay near to Terminali Station. Very good value for Rome. It is fairly basic but fine for an overnight stay. Didn't meet the host, but correspondence through WhatsApp was very good and clear. Breakfast is again basic but was OK for us. Just a hint to future guests. The code for the main entrance also unlocks the subsequent door so you need to unlock that quickly or you will have to go back outside and enter the code again.

The location is near the termini, but walking with suitcases is not so much fun, and the area is not so good. As a woman alone even at 6pm still men and homeless people tried to talk with me. The price is lower than other locations but if your purpose is to be near the termini you still probably need a bus. Also breakfast is very minimal without any fresh stuff.

Alessia is very nice and helpful. It’s near a bus 71 station. Hot water to shower in the shared bathroom.

The check in process was so easy - lots of information sent to be so in advance. Room was simple but comfortable. The area felt safe and I arrived at night so that was good. I was able to leave my luggage after check out too which was much appreciated. Walk from Termini was about 15/20 mins.

It was close to Roma Termini as I was only staying between train trips. About a 20 minute walk. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast -tea or coffee and sweet rolls. Alessia was more than helpful. She allowed me to drop my bags early which suited me well

Very cozy, very nice house for stay. For this time I stayed only 1 day, but for the future I will choose this house for my longer stay in Rome for sure. Location is great, the street is good with markets and restaurants here. I loved this place.

The breakfast was not really anything I wanted to eat, but I went to the cafe over the road, which was really cheap.

The location and the price were excellent. The communication with Alessia, and her instructions on finding the place and getting in were also excellent. The room was quite basic, but true to the photos on the app, and exactly what I expected.

10 minute walk from the station. Easy to access building. Facilities were very a little dated but everything was clean and well organised. Bathroom was very small but water for shower was excellent. Very quiet for sleeping yet in an area that was area that was lively at night. An excellent budget room.

The staff, Alessia, is very accommodating and helpful. It is walking distance from Roma Termini Station with shops and restaurants around the area. It is located in the first floor of a building so manageable to go up and down if lift is busy (so far it was always free during our stay).

The one bathroom sometimes might be an issue if any of the guests goes for a long shower, especially in the morning.

The communication with the host was excellent. Every situation was solved within a minute, the host showed a great flexibility with the check-in and out. The place is very comfy, the breakfast adds up to the flair.

Entrance path to the house will feel like a ghost house, but inside was really clean. Really appreciate host for this. Surrounding of the room was not much clean. I suggest to keep a small coffee vending machine rather than providing milk and coffee powder

Perfect location for a few nights in Rome. It’s situated in a great local neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and bars all around. Highly recommended Artisan for beers and a fun vibe and Farinè for wood fired pizza and natural wine. the style is quirky but it has all the comforts you need. we were really happy!

Breakfast suggestion: to add boiled eggs, plain bread, butter

Great price/quality rate. The place is clean and cosy. Heating works well, cleaning is good. Beds we're comfortable so we could have a good rest after the day of walking. The kitchen is always available for use. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Good location, although the route past the train station is not too picturesque :) Special thanks to Alessia for her hospitality and attention.
