I was most happy about the air conditioning also the room was clean and everything went well. There was restaurant right around the corner and McDonald like 5 minutes away. So overall I was very happy with this stay.

The woman who runs this B&B is very very rude. My advice would be, Translate and print everything she sends you because she will not help you when you arrive. The door codes on the documentation are not in sequence. So like me, you will spend 20 minutes at the side of the road, putting the wrong code into the main door. Do not press the door bell, as you will only get a wall of language, and she will not come to your assistance. Otherwise it is fine, it's a bed and it's clean. Would I go again? Probably not. Only because I have an issue with businesses that treat me with such distain, particularly when it is undeserved.

This B&B is great, everything you need and very clean. Note - There is no parking with the hotel. Now for the bad part:

The instruction that was sent to me prior to the arrival was awful. There are 2 streets with similar names "Via Leopardi, 3" similar distance from the airport, but far away from each other. Yes, the owner mentioned the district "Gallarate" in the instruction, but I didn't know it's the district name, and when being searched for in Google Maps, the first address for this request is in another district, and the second (the right one) is actually called "Via Giacomo Leopardi", which the owner failed to mention. As a result, we were at 2:30 a.m. on the wrong address in the middle of nowhere, and it was challenging to find a 24-hour taxi service, calling lots of them (this mistake cost us 50 euros). Then, it makes sense first to mention the code of the first door you enter (gate), and then the room, it also took some time to understand. Finally, room 1 was upstairs, not "on the first floor". Please, rewrite the instruction for your future guests!

The bed is very small. It is a small double! No where near a double or bigger! We hardly fit in the bed but no other option.

What is the point put in room cattle for hot water if you don't leave at list coffee, tea and sugar. ( Do you think ppl straight run looking for shops?) Yes there was terrace only 2 chairs and without table. From one of bedsides had small table with lamp another side without but important was the camping chair. Instead normal chair.

It was ok to stay for one night. As I was choosing cheapest option for the time when ordered. It's good for ppl why just need rest between flights if they don't want go to the centre.

It is a B&B but we had to pay an extra for the breakfast. We only learnt that after eating. Also we have been awake by the church ring. Not so pleasant. But it wasn’t their fault. From the airport the price for a taxi is unbelievable. The bed was not comfortable but the bathroom was very functional.

We stayed for 1 night in March, the room was very nice, but was terribly cold. The temperature outside was below 5 degrees, but we felt the same inside. Even though there was a heater in the room and in the bathroom, they did not work at night and only turned on in the morning. I have never slept in such a low temperature, I don’t recommend such an experience to anyone. The room is only good for the summer months

The walls of the room are very thin and we could hear any noise/conversations coming from the next room.
