Everything about this hotel was great! Lovely rooms, great location, very clean, high quality food. The reception staff were lovely and ever so polite. Made check in a breeze! We had staff bring extras to our room and help with our bags straight away. The little chocolates and note on the bed upon arrival was a lovely touch!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! — The location is excellent: right in the city centre, yet very quiet. I was worried about the view facing another building and possible noise, but the soundproofing was great and the room was peaceful. — The rooms are small, but very cosy and comfortable. — Breakfast was included and really good. I also liked the restaurant where it was served – very pleasant atmosphere. — Special thanks to the receptionist: she was very kind and helpful. We were a bit late with check-out, and she kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the room for a little longer. That made our trip much easier.

This is a very small negative, but I found the bed a bit too firm for me but is a personal preference as my husband thought it was fine.

Hotel was in the perfect location - only 5 min walk to the Duomo plaza and very close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was next level and delicious with fantastic coffee.

Nothing that we expected to be better, very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a 2-3 night stay in Milan.

It is sometimes difficult to choose a city centre hotel, as you want good value for money, but also a good location. This hotel really ticks all of the boxes, the location is superb, literally around the corner from the main square where the Duomo is situated. Hotel was exactly as explained, a nice little boutique hotel, room was exceptional in terms of size and comfort. Staff also very attentive, especially the front desk staff, who were helpful with taxis or other queries. Breakfast was also very good, great choice all round for all tastes.

The lift is a bit small. The night light in the room is too strong, like day light.
