My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located in a quiet part of town with good public transport links to the center. The hotel is a true oasis of calm in a busy city, and it also has its own garden where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or prosecco. I really appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, who are ready to fulfill almost any guest's wish, from the receptionists to the restaurant and bar staff. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and a selection of very tasty Italian dishes for dinner. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated and is very clean, with the maids carefully cleaning the rooms every day. I felt like a like a queen throughout my stay and would love to return.

Let’s say we have enjoyed being in massimi city garden … all was perfect … breakfast, the personal… sakis, Sofia … a wonderful stuff… smiling persons and helpful …I recommend with no doubt … you will enjoy your time … by the way the hotel offer a free connection with the train station navette …

very soulful hotel. it is either very new or just very clean. reception and in the restaurant everyone is polite and pleasant. liked the quick check-in. very good breakfast, and a nice terrace. I recommend the hotel. walked to the Vatican.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and comphy. I also really appreciated the small touches like the complimentary water, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy bedding. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. This was our 2stay and I would definitely stay here again. Also appreciate the opportunity of parking, which is very useful when in Rome.

I didn't like the fact that the shuttle at cipro was not on time, I stood for about 1hour and decided to take a bus.

One note for future guests: while the hotel itself is great, public buses like the 990 and 913 were frequently delayed (sometimes 30-40 minutes instead of the expected 15). It's best to count on hotel-arranged transfers, taxis, trains, or a rental car for more reliable transport.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimi City Garden! What stood out the most was the amazing staff—from reception to the restaurant, everyone was warm, helpful, and welcoming. Special kudos for the dinners: some of the best pasta and desserts we’ve had in Rome. Breakfasts were rich and varied, and the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and quality stay in Rome!

Without denting an inch from the positives mentioned above (as it didn't touch the charm of the stay), some points for improvement: 15€/day parking is expensive - there are plenty of spots on the streets near hotel and neighborhoud looks safe-, Wifi is not strong enough to cover the balcony, walls are quite thin, you can easily hear the noise from the other rooms (if you have the badluck of some noisy neighbours, you'll be in trouble.. we didn't☺️)

The place is, really, fantastic! Crystal clean, fantastic breakfast, great people around you as staff, decent location and a real, extremely fair, value for money... and the view from the balcony, well....worth every penny...i'll be more then happy to stay here again, sometime, somehow in this life..

Just from the start, at the reception, Shayli was fantastic! helped us a lot..answering ouŕ questions and dis her best to help! the rooms are clean, AC is great.. breakfast is excellent! its a bit far from center of Rome, but you can get along with buses/metro/taxi.. highly recommended!!!
