Amazing staff actually exceptional Luigi the head chef is amazing Victor the manager delightful Fredericka Alberta,Ambra,Mauro, Vittorio amazingly helpful as are all the staff at this haven a true rarity where so many hotel staff are rude and unhelpful!! Our stay at Baglioni Masseria Muzza in Otranto was simply extraordinary. The place is magical, radiating an energy that made our time here truly special. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel cared for, and I am deeply grateful for their kindness and attention. A heartfelt thank you to Ivana, Valentina, Louisa, Salvatore and the wonderful restaurant team for making our experience unforgettable. Traveling with my two children, I felt supported in creating a beautiful memory for them in Puglia – and it was nothing short of magical for them too. I will return with joy, carrying in my heart the warmth and hospitality we experienced here.

The hotel did not seem to have a Concierge Service? This is always a good service, its nice to have some recommendations for local restaurants in the town, must see attractions in the area etc.

Room was amazing, very big and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the resort. The swimming pool area was fab, different sections within the pool for lounging. We ate in both restaurants numerous times during our stay and couldn't fault the food, the pizza was to die for

We used the spa facility on our last day. There was no one around the spa pool area to help. We had to go and find staff in the creche to switch the jets on in the pool area. They need a phone in the area there so people can co tact someone. Also the area around the pool is slippery when you are wet which needs to be look at

The breakfast was average. The food needs to be hot. The hot food in the chaffing dishes was cold. They should not charge for avocado on toast as almost all fruit and vegetables were included in the buffet area. Outdoor breakfast area was chilly they did not have indoor seating area which is a negative.

For a deluxe suite it was small, lacked a sofa and a table. The suite was also dark. There is a service charge of € 30 for room service and the cotoletta alla milanese was a disaster. The masseria itself lacks character. There are far better ones for half the price.

Some of the staff were exceptional. The pool was large and nice.

Everything. Beautiful hotel with quiet grounds close to Otranto and beaches of Southern Puglia. Breakfast and dinner superb. Staff are extremely helpful - helping us decide where to visit and providing detailed instructions on how to get there. I stupidly left dresses in our previously hotel in Matera and the staff spoke to the hotel and arranged for them to be couriered to the Baglioni.

Thinking back about our stay at Baglioni Masseria Muzza we realise that the best thing about the resort is definitely its’ STAFF - special shoutout to Valentina, Iilaria, Elisa & Rocco. They are amazing, professional, super helpful and always had a smile & friendly assistance. Our Junior Suite was massive, comfortable & architecturally unique. This was my partner & I first experience to stay in a Masseria. My partner (Alex) & I would also like to especially thank Valentina for all that you planned / did in advance & during our stay for my partner’s (Alex) birthday. We (particularly my partner, Alex) are both really grateful for ALL YOUR AMAZING gifts from Masseria Muzza - the flower, the cake, the balloons, the prosecco & the massage. You’ve made the Birthday Boy filled with love & happiness. Greatly appreciated & Grazie Mille 🙏🏻 The Private Sail Boat experience with Fabrizio was superb & of course you pre-arranged the amazing lunch just for us! The best sailing experience we have had this year. From the restaurant staff, I would like to thank Alberta, Gosia, Stefano & Vittorio for your friendly & warm hospitality. Superb Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Plus excellent drinks at the pool & the gazebo. The wine selection was awesome. Special shoutout to the chef for allowing us to request certain Italian (pasta) favourites for us at lunch. Our entire stay from beginning to end was FABULOUS. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again. From the above it should be clear Baglioni Masseria Muzza - you guys are TOTALLY & VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Lovely pool area with very attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. I loved the spa area inside at the indoor pool and spa - very relaxing. The restaurant served a delicious Menu.

It rained one afternoon!

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL in all areas of the hotel. Special mention to Elisa, Ilaria and Valentina in reception, Stefano & Alessandro running the bar, Vittorio and Goshia in the restaurants. We felt incredibly welcome and everything was handled perfectly.

The property has beautiful grounds, clean and spacious rooms. Amazing pool area. The staff were very courteous and super helpful in setting up restaurant reservations, bike tours, boat tours etc. The shuttle service to the centre of Otranto was amazing! Breakfast was delicious daily. Very relaxing stay !

The food for dinner and lunch was mediocre! It would have been nice to have better tasting food at the place, so we can enjoy the restaurant there more! Instead, we opted out to eat in town.it is strange because the breakfast was good.

The staff is so friendly ! We loved Gosha! She always greeted us with a smile and she knew what we liked to drink by day 2. We also loved Ivana at the front desk! She was lovely and always ready to help us figure out the daily plans. Her energy was very inviting.
