Very few staff, no water in rooms and no reception to help in the evening. Breakfast was basic and not worth adding. Better value for money could probably be found elsewhere, wouldn’t recommend.

Service by staff is very problematic ! We had an issue in which we forgot some items in the safe at the room and despite several emails and trying to call- the property simply ignored us!

There was a large private party on our first night. The hotel didn’t serve dinner, as a result, and no one offered us a complimentary drink or anything to make up for the noise and inconvenience of having to find somewhere else to eat in Agrigento, a difficult 20 minute drive away and hard to navigate for anyone unfamiliar with the windy roads at night. All of the guests were inconvenienced because it was loud and went on late, and yet no one was given anything to make up for the inconvenience. We loved it otherwise but it was obtuse on the part of the staff not to do anything complimentary for the guests that night.

Breakfast was elaborate and lovely. Lots of fruit, pastries and yogurts in addition to salamis and cheese.

Beautiful scenic spot, views of the Mediterranean, quiet serene locale. Close to the ruins at Valley of the Temples and Scali dei Turchi.

This property does not live up to the photos provided on the website. We travelled with our baby and I do not think this property is set up to have babies stay even though they say that they are - the baby cot was old and borderline broken and there was zero hot water in the shower or sink. Compared to other properties at the same price point in other areas of Sicily, this one is super disappointing and over priced and need to be updated.

Although the service of staff felt a bit off. They were severely understaffed (4 persons in total). The pool was dirty, no working wifi, no explanation of anything regarding the room or hotel when we checked in. A spritz was 12 euros!! seems way too expensive?! Even in ‘nice’ restaurants it’s 8 euros. The room was fine, but there's still a lot of work on details. The doors of the showers were broken for example. When we asked for eggs for breakfast, we didn’t get any. Not even a reply from the waiter. The excuse of the hosts/manager to other guests when they ordered eggs was that there was no delivery on Sunday (?). But reading the other reviews we think this is an ongoing ‘issue’ same as the WiFi.

When we arrived we were surprised by the stunning view at first sight. The location and the property were superb. The hotel has great potential if you put care and love in a certain level of service and (upgrading) facilities.

This place is amazing! Alex has been such a welcoming and caring host. The place is so beautiful, the view and the quietness were absolutely priceless. We had such a wonderful time there, it was hard to leave. Thanks so much for everything. We honestly considered cancelling the rest of our trip just to spend more time there. We hope we will be back soon!

The room we had wasn’t taken care of of. We found few huge spiders and a lizard in our room. They lost the key to our room and we had to sleep with the door unlocked. An experienced that caused some stress. There was no warm water. We had to wash two very young kids with cold water. There was no WiFi. The pool was dirty and my husband had to clean it before we could use it. We had dinner at the restaurant, went in at 7pm got served food at 10pm Kids were hungry and tired. There’s not enough staff and you can see the only few people there working very hard but they can’t do it all.

The hotel is really beautiful and has great potential.
