We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandHotel Marzia is located in the best possible spot if you want to get up the hill fast first thing in the morning! Ski rental is literally few meters up the road and just by crossing the road you’ll find yourself going up the mountain within few minutes. After a day of skiing the property offers two different types of sauna, essential for sore muscles. The room was comfortable and cosy and parking is available right outside. There is a pub/bistro right next door for dinner or you can venture further down the road for countless restaurants if you prefer.

ItalyAlthough the receptionist was very energetic and explained everything in detail, i did not really like when she entered the room we got to show us basic stuff. The breakfast is acceptable and the food is good, but i would prefer a little bit more choice.
The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable; the walk-in closet is a very nice touch and a nice find. Overall the room is clean and well kept. The bathroom is nice and big and the shower with the multiple heads is a nice addition

Marzia was absolutely amazing. Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable at answering all our questions about the area, shops, places to go, etc. The hotel looks like it's been redone recently, but it's still has the "mountain character" we like. Great location, walking distance to every good spot in town.

DenmarkBeds were uncomfortable with hard mattresses. Extremely loud in the hall way, so no need to set your alarm clock. You will wake up automatically in the morning from noices made by the staff (cleaning or preparing breakfast). Breakfast is okay with apparently freshly squeezed orange juice. Only thing is, that they squeeze the juice with a machine in the breakfast room, and then take the juice back to the kitchen to mix it with a pre fabricated juice. Witnessed it every morning. I mentioned it, but was always given some stupid excuse.
Great location if you’re skiing. Nearest lift just across the street, from which you gain access to the main ski area.

IrelandNo bar service at night, no atmosphere whatsoever and the worst shower I have EVER had to use. We had to move the shower doors to access the toilet!!!
Breakfast was OK, same thing every day with the only hot food being eggs.
