Be careful with this room!!!!! The toilette it's outside the room, in the middle of the hallway, and it is not warned anywhere. It is private, but not inside the room. Quite unconfortable having to get out all the tieme, specially when not previously informed... They should make that condition clear in the description of the room, it was not mentioned when we hired it. We would have never taken that room if we had known... Besides cleaniness left much to be desired, specially in the toilette. There was dust in the room and the inside of the toilette had stains of not having been cleaned properly in a while... It was really disgusting. Shower pressure was also poor and, to cap it all, we had a visitor in the toilette too coming out from the plumbing... We were really upset about the toilette situation, that's why we decided to take photos to back up this review. We also had a very poor sleep due to the noise, outside and inside the hotel... Other guests were noisy until 2 am but the building is clearly not soundproof as we also heard traffic and people outside with the windows closed and the shutters down. We recognise the price was low, but still cleaning and rest are a minimum that must be ensured.

Everything was good ! The Man's ho work at Reception it's wery friendly and communication e helpless for everything also the ladies at the breakfast place were very lovely and with good attitude .Alla staff was helpful and respectful. The room was clean and cleared every day .good access definitely I filled like in my home I stay in this Residence 4 night if I will have time I will stay one month and more I will bee happy to come agen in this Residence 🫠

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from what I expected. The rooms looked very different from the photos advertised online, which was disappointing. Although the staff was very welcoming and even upgraded my room in an effort to help, it didn’t make up for the overall experience. There was a very strong smell throughout the hotel, including the rooms, which made it impossible for me to stay more than 30 minutes. I ended up leaving because I simply couldn't tolerate. Another inconvenience is the layout of the hotel. It has two separate blocks: the main one has no elevator, which is not ideal if you have luggage or mobility concerns. The second block is only accessible by walking through office areas, which felt strange and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the payment was non-refundable, even though I didn’t stay the night. For the price I paid, there are definitely much better options available in the area. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

everything was great . if one get room here for 100 till 125 euros. then this appartment is best to stay .

The location is close to the train station Lambrate

Even thought the location is great, the price for 4 people for 1 room is really high, and the tourist taxes is crazy (6€/person/day). The staff is kind, especially the ones that works during the breakfast.

Good breakfast and nice common areas, some of the staff were very nice and helpful.

We arrived late due to some car problems and had huge problem with car parking. Unfortunately we did not receive any help or advice. Also the room was very small and could use some renovation.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our room in 3rd floor was big enough. We enjoyed nice design of the social room. Breakfast was perfect. Very good coffe was served by 2 very polite waiters who made our days each morning. Our daughters were happy to be called "signorina" :-) Thank you.

The room was big, airy and clean. They provided lovely shower gel/ soaps/ body cream. The beds were comfortable and they were changed daily, We liked the decór and the service from the staff. The breakfast was very nice selection of fruits/cereals/ croissants / cakes and really good coffee served by a very pleasant waiter.

We were on the top floor and the stairs were a bit challenging for one of our companions,(over 70 yrs), also the room had windows in the roof which allowed the early morning sun in.(even though they had curtains) The shower is far too small for a room of that size and I think a tall person would struggle to use it with comfort
