Location, size, AC and lift

Needs some blind in living area, sofa beds for kids were really uncomfortable. No wine glasses and general table and chairs very shabby. Space could be used better. Great potential to be better

This is not a hotel. It’s not even really an Airbnb. It’s essentially a bed-and-breakfast without breakfast. The staff are nice and smiley, which is always appreciated, but the pricing is completely out of sync with the experience. They charge 4-star hotel rates — around €500 — while offering the most basic services you’d expect from the cheapest budget chain. It really makes you question the star system. I’ve always thought the point of staying in a “hotel” was to be pampered a little, to feel special, to step away from day-to-day life. Here, you just feel like you’re being overcharged for location. We also had an issue with the air-conditioning. A technician came while we weren’t in the room, but after 3 pm no one is available to fix anything — and we still had two more nights left. Did they really try to resolve it? No. Could they have done more? Absolutely. At this point, I don’t even bother arguing; places like this just put a damper on your holiday after you’ve worked hard to afford it. Would I recommend it? No. Be aware before booking.

Amazing location! Super close to the Duomo. Easy walk to everywhere you want to be. You would think it would be noisy as close you are to many restaurants and tourists, but was surprisingly peaceful. Staff was most helpful, got us checked-in early as 1 of 2 rooms was available sooner. You can see the Duomo from one of the windows of each room.

We had 2 rooms. 3 ended up staying in the Presidential suite which was well furnished and amazing with lots of space. 2 stayed next door to a standard room that had a moldy smelling bathroom. Could not switch rooms as they were booked solid. Stayed only for only for one night so we dealt with it but worth mentioning.

Nice apartments few steps away from the Duomo. The room was clean, there is an elevator that helps, parking is very close in case you arrive by car.

Lack of natural light in apartment as in roof Not enough plates/cups (only enough for 1 each) No serving dishes etc Parking - bringing the car here is a bit crazy. The car park suggested is tiny and fitting our 4x4 through the doors was tight. Driving to car park is difficult as google maps sends you through the crowds and across the front of the Duomo!! Avoid this as you’ll be surrounded by thousands of tourists and look very out of place!! However owner of car park was very welcoming and helpful.

A/C broke on our last night and the staff didnt offer anything to help. They just said to keep using it despite it sounding like a train and that all they could give was earplugs. No other room or solution was offered. Such a sad way to end our trip as it was very uncomfortable especially for our 4 yr old who couldnt sleep. We finally had to turn it off and just tried to sleep in the heat.

Close the piazza Doumo. Walkable and quiet. We had a nice room. We love the painting on the ceiling. A little taste of the renaissance vibe. I love the espresso machine.

The Location was second to none,the staff where lovely and the Apartment was spacious and clean ,everything we wanted, the only small thing I would change if I could would be the water pressure in the shower,but it wouldn't put me of staying here again. 10 out of 10.♥️
