it is stretching it a bit to say there is "access to a private beach" as this is 20 minutes drive away and one has to pay for sunbeds there. The "private beach" is not of the same standard as the resort - the cafe at the beach is ok, but it isn't possible to eat there at the restaurant unless booking in advance. In the resort - one or two of the staff in the "Doga" restaurant could do with some smiling lessons! It isn't unreasonable to ask for a raw steak to be re-cooked - particularly if one wasn't asked how one wanted it cooked at the start!

Location was fine and easy to find on Google maps. The facilities are all excellent and the room was cleaned very well every day. Our terrace was very large and an unexpected bonus. The resort is quiet in the daytime and we enjoyed the pool.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort. First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and arranged everything for us. They were very honest, even with our boat trip booked through them. The resort was spotlessly clean, the location was perfect, and the apartment was comfortable and cleaned every day. I have been traveling to Italy every year for the past 10 years, and this was one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at – excellent value for money.

Loved everything!

Beautiful area and location. New and very clean. Its like entering a little cute high end harbour city on the Tuscan coastline with lovely shops, resturants/bars and gorgeus Marina. Nice and helpful staff. Spacious pool area and available sunbeds. Lots of good resturants in the area with great selection of meals and wine. Good service in general. They have partnered with a beach close by, offering sunbeds at Torremozza beach which is definately worth a visit. Takes 10min by car with beautiful beach and cristalblue waters. We had sundbeds at the beach included in our deal however we wanted sundbeds and private deck at the first row so we paid 100euro. There is a resturant&bar there with the best selection of food and wine. So nice!

Unfortunately our air conditioner did not work in the sweltering heat for the first 24 hours. Even after an eventual repair the unit never really cooled down to the set temperature.

Beautiful suite with large deck, lovely pool, restaurants on site and a grocery store. The reception staff was very good and tried hard to resolve air conditioning problems

I wouldn't say a dislike but there wasn't a lot around the Marina however it does look like in the next 5/10 years it will get more developed for tourism. We thought the food at the Marina was average we stayed in San Gimignano for 3 days prior and the food was outstanding - so I think to pull more people in the food needs to be a lot better quality, we also felt as tourists that the locals got the best spot in the restaurants, I think if you want to bring more oversees guests into the marina, make them feel more welcome & give them the good spot, and I am sure they'll tell their friends and good news will spread, so a bit short-sighted from a commercial point of view. Apart from a view niggles a lovely stay and we would return. Oh and just one other aspect on the apartment balcony, it needed some nice big pots and plants like the other apartments, I understand not an umbrella as we had the top floor but I think some effort needs to be put in to make it feel really special, as it was quite clinical on the balcony that we had.

We thought the Marina itself was fabulous, a beautiful apartment with fantastic views over the marina. Lovely clothes shops at the marina, really enjoyed using the gym each day.

The apartment looks new and modern. With comfy bed and pillows. The staff was really helpful. We had a late self check in, they provided very detailed instructions. There is a nice restaurant downstairs with a great variety of wine and food.

Nothing we didn't like, only improvement would be to have milk in fridge and more varied selection of drinks not just wine and water. Also a price list of the cost of drink items in the fridge and access to English TV Channels other than the news.

Loved the sea view from the apartment. Complex was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff very welcoming, efficient, friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, accommodation great. Loved the pool even though not heated. Restaurants were very good.

Amazing accommodation, beautiful spacious apartment, equipped kitchen, big bathroom, air conditioning, super comfortable beds, restaurants were great with delicious food, amazing service and support at all times from Giulia, Bianca and Alessia. They also have an agreement with one of the most beautiful and elite beaches in the area called Punta Hidalgo. We felt super safe also with our kids being there. They also have a laundry room which is super handy when staying long term with kids! We will definitely go back! Thank you for granting us such an amazing holiday experience!

Great resort with everything you need, close to Cala Violina. For 30 eur u can book electric bikes and reach the beach of Cala Violina in 20 min max. The staff is super welcoming. The apartment was cozy and cool with good air conditioner.
