It's a room in the apartment where the owner lives, so our closet contained her clothes. The bathroom is outside the room; we had it to ourselves. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, so the room was constantly hot. A communal refrigerator would have been useful, at least to have cold water.

The room was in a great location, close to the train station. The owner was very friendly. Delicious breakfasts and coffee; the owner asked us every day what time we wanted breakfast ready. There's an elevator, so you don't have to climb to the fourth floor.

Excellent location, only a few minute walk to the train station. Marina was very welcoming, and made great breakfast for us. Our room and the bathroom were both very clean and overall well kept.

The apartment’s location is great, a lot of main attractions can be reached easily. Marina was a great host and was very friendly and attentive to our needs and we enjoyed the breakfast she made for us every morning. I would recommend it.

One thing is this place doesn’t have WIFI but it’s okay. Because everything was perfect!!!

The staff is really friendly and lovely. I have to check out at 5am in the morning so she woke up and prepared breakfast for us. I really appreciate it. Moreover, she took care of our super good.

Struggled speaking with the host. Didn’t explain the keys very well and we locked her out once. Breakfast was all prepackaged stuff. 1st night host was up talking and shouting at 2am and 2nd night she arrived home at 2am. There’s a wind chime so she knows when you’re coming and going.

I would recommend to think about including WiFi or even a pay your own WiFi for guests. As I'm not from Italy, it was hard to get around at times as there was no internet. Other than that, all was perfect.

Room was nice with a nice balcony. Marina was very lovely to us and not only respectful of our space, but was very generous with the breakfast. Enjoyed our stay as we visited Cinque Terre during the day!

The bathroom was not connected to the room, not thoroughly cleaned. Very thin walls and squeaky doors, and a light cigarette smell in the apartment. Host was a bit noisy and talked loudly in the mornings when we tried to to sleep.

Had to share bathroom when we thought it was private but this was not a problem.

Private room in shared home. Very close to train station which was perfect. Marina was going to get up to make us breakfast even though we had to leave at 05 30 to catch train. Was a lovely gesture but we politely declined. Cute little balcony but noisy street. Would definitely recommend, great for one night.

In our room double bed had just one mattress, so when the other person moved slightly, it was felt and it was waking me up often.

Really close to center of the town, around 10min walk to the port. Our room even had a balcony with a table! Nice bathroom, comfortable seat in the room. Net against mosquitos was extra bonus. There was an elevator in the building, so we didn't need to climb stairs. Really good price for June (with breakfast).

The heavy cigarette smoke, from the host rooms filled all the rooms. There was no provision for tea/coffee in the room, something we have in guesthouses in SA. It became cold during the night and we could not find an extra blanket. It was too late to wake the host and the cupboards in the room were filled with personal clothing of the host (so it seems)

Our host was friendly and helpful. We were thankful for the lift, although small. We needed more than one trip to get the luggage up, better than having to take four flights of stairs. The operation of the lift was actually a pleasant experience. The breakfast was good.

Our room window were on to the main street so all the evening and night it was very noisy.

Very nice host, italian breakfast included, very good location, close to the train station. In nearly streets there are many shops, bars and bus stop.

Marina was very kind with us. The bedroom was comfortable and had a balcony. If you want to go to Cinque Terre is very convinient. The train station is very close. If you go by car, there is this free parking lot 10 minuts far from the house called Piazza D'Armi where you can park without paying but be careful with the ones slots only for police (you can receive a fine if you park there).

The room and the bathroom were dirty, especially the floor. Long hairbreadths were in the bed. The trash can was full in our room when we arrived with other people’s trash.

Marina is very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, it is close to the train station and to many restaurants and it was not noisy. The breakfast is the tipical Italian B&B breakfast, so it was good. The room and the bathroom is big and the decoration is nice.

Be aware that there is no Wi-Fi. It is in the description, but I didn't notice when booking. The breakfast is quite basic (pre-packaged items), however the hostess clearly puts care into providing. For example, she offered to make me fresh coffee every morning.

I enjoyed my stay. Very close to the train station (about 7 minutes walk) which is ideal for exploring Cinque Terre. The main restaurant strip is maybe 4 minutes walk away, so close but not close enough for it to be too noisy. My room was spacious - I even had a private balcony which was a huge bonus for me. Although I had to share a bathroom with the hostess, it was still kept clean. You have your own sink area separate from her belongings. The hostess was polite and pleasant to interract with, and she respected personal space. Very easy-going.

Our stay at Marina's house was so lovely, she had some great recommendations of towns to go to nearby as well as dinner recommendations. We did not even realise that she was providing breakfast so that was a lovely surprise. Marina was a great host that was respectful and hospitable and my friend and I would definitely recommend her.

I believe everything was fair for the price. However, I sometimes felt a bit uncomfortable when the owner (Marina) spoke, as I couldn’t tell whether she was upset or if it was simply her way of communicating. I say this with complete honesty. Other than that, everything was fair for the price.

The place is ok for the price and close to the train station. The place offer breakfast. The breakfast was ok.
