Scaffolding in front of bedroom and kitchen.. couldnt go out and everything visibile from.scaffolding.. at around 8.30 the workers came in the balcony working and there was no privacy. i would suggest to make dark non visible curtain when there is the scaffolding around the rooms

Just one thing for them who like to sleep longer. The curtains don't close the windows well, and in the morning the sun starts to shine through them very shiny.

The room was very comfortable , clean, big bathroom, we had room with kitchen where you can cook what you want and all kitchen utensils are available.

The little touches that made us feel very welcome. The location was also brilliant, only a 10 minute walk from San Giovanni Station and the lake/ferry terminal.

So clean and nice modern decoration. Great location just a 5 minute or so walk from the lake with loads of stunning restaurants and bars. Would stay again next time in como.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Treats were provided, which was very nice. We prefer a firm mattress but the one was fairly close.

The only thing I would say is no wardrobe to hang up dresses so a clothes rail maybe would be a good idea. Would definitely not stop me from staying there again though.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is fantastic. Just 10 min walk from the lake. It’s traditional old Italian when you walk into the building but then when you walk into the Suites it’s so modern, clean & fresh. We were in the hexagon room. Bed really comfortable, air con fantastic and shower/bathroom great too. Lots of bars/cafes & restaurants nearby. Great communication from the host - very helpful.

There is no lift so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

As mentioned, there is no elevator, so be ready to carry your stuff to the upper floor. The staircase was very wide and easy, so no worries.

The location is excellent. Great restaurants just around the corner. The balcony is a nice addition. All very clean and everything worked 👍

The accommodation was in a great location, the room was a good size and was very clean. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. There were a number of extras that were left in the room including breakfast items such as fruit, coffee, pastries, and also other thoughtful things like a spare toothbrush. The staff were all fantastic including Mattia and the team that looked after the rooms. All really helpful, friendly and quick to respond.

We had a fantastic stay here! Excellent location in the centre of como town and easily accessible. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Got given snacks and water throughout the stay and although we stayed one night our room was freshened up and we weee given fresh towels. Owner was on hand if we needed anything to contact via WhatsApp

No lift to the rooms. That was the only downside.

The apartment was very clean and was decorated in a fun vibe. They were very well stocked with cooking items and incidentals. The host was very accommodating with our travel situation allowing us to check in earlier than normal and provided us with very detailed accurate check in notes. Loved this place and highly recommend staying here for anyone that can easily trek up all the stairs with luggage. The only major drawback was NO LIFT. We had 4 suitcases that we had to trek up four flights of stairs and I did not see this warning on the property description that our unit was on the upper level but that could be something I just missed. Either way I am so glad we got to experience this fun room.

Apartment is located in the heart of Como, all must seen places are in a few steps walking distance. Self check in was so easy and the owner Mattia was so helpful and friendly. The apartment was newly furnished and very clean. I higly recommend Mariarosa Suites to everybody who has a plan to visit Como.

It’s very spacious apartment, located in the center Como, nearby there are restaurants, cafe downstairs, walking to the Como train station and ferry boat stop very convenient, super clean, and easy to check in, with a balcony where you can sit comfortably for a drink, the apartment is facing to the inward garden, so very quiet… I definitely recommend
