Overall we had a really nice experience in the apartment, no broken things, the AC was working, which was really important in 40°Celsius. The beach is just 10 mins walk, so it is in the perfect location with cute restaurants nearby. The street is a but noisy because the windows don't close very well but I guess it's part of the Italian life. Highly recommend the apartment 😊

Room pros: extremely spacious room with a beautiful sea view. High level of hygiene. Very good location. This is my second visit. The only thing I would advise is a radio or TV in the shared kitchen to create an atmosphere. It would also be good if there was an iron.

I didn’t really like that there are cameras in the public spaces. I think it needs a renovation to 2025, place’s age is showing and it’s not so appealing.

Not so far from city center 20 min walk. Clean room & apartment and tidy. Very good communication with the host and helpful. Good price for what you get overall.

There wasn't any opportunity to reheat the food and the smallest room is a bit noisy since there's a window between the room and the living room.

Perfect apartment for a few nights staying. It was very clean and friendly, I liked the common areas and the balcony. It was only 15 minutes walk from the downtown. I can totally recommend to everyone!

You had to share the apt with 3 different strangers. That was weird and for that that you only rent a room and bathroom, was overpriced a bit.

Location: The apartment was just around the corner of 2 beaches and 15 min walk to old town. If you are coming with the car arrival is easy as you don’t go through the city. It was very clean and the room we had (3 was very spacious). Communication and instructions prior to arrival were great! Full kitchen with large fridge and everything a household need.

The biggest let-down was the lack of air conditioning. I booked the room because it was written it should be there, which was technically true, but not in our room, and it lacked remote so it was useless. We searched for it everywhere... It was very hot at the end of june. We also received instructions very late and had to call the host which send them afterwards.

The accomodation was in good location, near the sea and also city centre. Kitchen was well equipped, there was an elevator in the building too. There are many small groceries nearby.

There are 3 rooms and sometimes u have to share the toilet and kitchen with 5 more people. It was very loud. The apartment was a little bit far away from the center and the central station (above 1 km) but for people like us who like to walk was okey.

Our room was the biggest one i think with the balcony, it was very spacious, the furniture were very cute, the view from the balcony was really cool (sea view). There was shared kitchen, you can make coffee and whatever u want, there was everything u need in the kitchen. It was very clean.

The place is echoing a lot, you can hear everyone in the building. Lack of intimacy in the bedroom since there is a thin window directly to the lounge area.

Very nice host, good facilities in the shared areas, great quiet location, WiFi available, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, toiletries.. really convenient ! Great coffee/pastry shop at the corner with friendly staff.

Maria is the best host I ever had. She was very helpful, welcoming and positive. Everyday she was bringing small gifts or snacks to make my stay even more enjoyable. She even bought me some food because I was arriving late and the next day shops were closed. The flat was beautiful, comfortable and clean, very close to the seaside and the beach (10 minutes). It is also comfortable for work, because it had good WiFi. I recommend this place to everyone. I hope to come back there one day. Thank you for everything Maria, you're a lovely person!

Only one bathroom for 3 rooms was sometimes problematic, it would be more convenient with second toilet as sometimes people take longer in the bathroom but not a massive issue

Very nice location, public beach is in a 10 mins walk, city center is about 15 mins walk. We enjoyed our lovely balkony and the aircon on the room was a must :) We had a lovely holiday here, only can recommend, great value for the price.

Kitchen was good but couldn't use the stove top or oven as it was covered up and didn't have a toaster. There are 3 rooms in the apartment and the one we had didn't have windows as it was situated in the middle of the apartment and is next to the common area separated by a piece of glass. We thought our room would include a balcony with street views but did not. Also had to pay a deposit through private international bank transfer which was a bit annoying, would have preferred if this was done through booking.com. Also couldn't use the elevator to the apartment complex as it was out of service.

Not very clean bathroom, clogged drain. Room without direct day light, no real window- only vent window. Towels smell like mold. Cheap and not very comfortable bads.

I was forced to pay with bank transfer, half of the money, the rest cash in the property. There is only one bathroom for 3 apartments. Bеd in the room is miles away from double bеd. Room has bed only. Nothing else. This is the first time I have a cctv almost everywhere in the property.
