The hotel has limited parking, which is understandable considering the location, however we didn't have a problem getting a parking space.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the beach and the waterpark, in the centre of the resort. It's very easy to access public transport to the ferry port for a day trip to Venice. The hotel interior is lovely, our room was modern and very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good variety of food for breakfast.

The lift that the property has is very slow and old and so many people find themselves going to other places than there floor even tho they were first there , it should be upgraded or refurbished, ANOTHER THING is that we have been in other hotels and the beach pass IS INCLUDED but in this hotel no they made us PAY EXTRA which I think is just greedy

The location is great, only a few steps from the beach and the main tourist road. Staff were really helpful. The hotel Wi-Fi is good enough for remote working!

The mattress in room was not ok We booked a double bedroom and we got room with two single mattresses combined it was very bad experience with two mattresses as they open Apart evry 5 minutes

The rooms require significant renovation. They look like were not renovated for 30-40 years. Shampoo in packages instead of dispenser. If you plan to take a shower more than once a day - ask for more shampoos in advance. No vegetables at all were served for breakfast

The staff was really really nice and helpfull. I needed to leave early in the morning, so they reparked my car (and others too) so I could drive off directly. They have their own parking and its 15 eur extra per day, which I didnt mind. They also organise early brekfast for me and my daughter because of our early leaving. The room is a bit outdated, but I didnt mind, because it was very clean(the most important thing for me) and I didnt expect fancy hotel for 3* and for the price. I really liked the BIG mirror behind the bed and the balcony. Hotel is 5min walf to caribe bay anmd it very near to the beach, so whatever you like, you have it infont of your nose.

The place is not well maintained. Things were falling apart in our room and the AC ran constantly but didn’t blow much air or cool it down. If you have to leave early for a flight make sure to park on the outside of the parking lot because you will be parked on until about 10 AM otherwise.

The location is prime for the beach, it has a nice balcony, and a free breakfast. The staff is super nice and helpful and they watch the parking closely.

Absolutely great hotel with a very human approach of the staff. They helped in everything they could! The food was very tasty, the cleaning lady cleaned every day and changed towels and linen. Very close to the beach, just a great stay!

Good location. Pretty good breakfast including. Very very very very helpful receptionist who knows everything, always willing to help, was nice, had a solution for everything. 200points for the guy on the reception. I recommend this hotel.
