Our bed was a Murphy bed so no headboard and it seemed like our pillows were wrapped in some type of crinkly plastic under the pillowcases that made noise whenever you repositioned

Clean, modern facilities, in-person and friendly welcoming and staff, communicative staff, close to restaurants and businesses near university campus, everything functional, quiet, cute kitchenette. A bit of a walk from the main square so not as touristy or as crowded; more of a local vibe.

The bar below can be a little noisy at night, but ear plugs were provided.

The apartment is in the perfect location, not far from the train station and away from the main tourist throng. Well equipped and comfortable with good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Etienne looked after us well to make sure our stay was comfortable.

A little noisey later as you are above a bar but didn’t really bother us too much and they supply ear plugs which I said to my husband is for a reason we have adult kids so they weren’t required

The apartment is on the first floor above a square & restaurant, so there is a lot of street noise from early in the morning until late at night. The air conditioning was not working & the windows provided both ventilation & noise when open. Even with the windows open it was still quite warm in the apartment

The property was just a 15 minute walk from the train station. Etienne met us & showed us through the property, he was very friendly & helpful. The shower & bathroom worked & the bed was comfortable.

We didn't like the noise coming from the bar below... it was amplified by the open windows since the AC wasn't utilized

It was self catering, so i made all my meals. I loved the location and the flat was perfect. Etienne the landlord was both nice to talk to and got back to me quickly if I needed anything - such as a breadknife and dustpan and brush. I found the convector hob difficult to deal with but got used to it. Maybe some typed up instructions would be helpful (though Etienne showed me but I forgot). The key system is perfect and means no one gets locked out. The flat was very well equipped and I would love to come and stay again. Eleo

There is room for improvement on the cleanliness in the bathroom. It seems that cleaning crew did not pay attention to some details, although it was not deal breaker and overall cleanliness was good and room was well taken care of.

All was perfect with our stay. Location, condition, meeting with the host, access, amenities. Highly recommended and would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Excellent space and well equipped kitchenette. Etienne was very attentive prior to our arrival. He welcomed us, helped us with our luggage, and provided a thorough tour of the room.

We arrived at night and it was hard to find on a dimly lit side street. Not much space to walk around the bed.

Good location, shops and restaurants nearby. Good windows that blocked out noise at night, and the heat from the sun during the day. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our late arrival. Small refrigerator in the room.

Room was smaller than I expected.

Great location right off the plaza. The windows open up looking out into the plaza, which can be noisy. Host provided ear plugs, which worked very well. Unit was clean and bright.
