Federica was very nice, the room was wonderful, it's close to the centre.With shops,bar and restaurant literally down the block. In our stay in parma we were able to visit almost everything by feet. For those coming by car, maybe you need to park before in a nearby parking lot because the cars are restricted towards the centre but its like 5/7 minutes from the apartment. I highly recommend Margherita Guest House❤️

B&B - yet no breakfast so the name is misleading. No issues for me but just want others to be made aware. I had phone reception so could get check in details but other travellers may not have- you must have this as check in details are what's app over the day of check in. I personally found the details comprehensive and easy to follow

Everything looked exactly like in the photos. Before our arrival, we received detailed instructions with pictures, which made it easy to find the right address. We really liked the view from the window. We also appreciated the tea and cookies that were waiting for us upon arrival.

- The place is a bit hidden and not easy to find without instructions (but instructions were given on the day of arrival)

- Very nice location; in the city center - Big room, nicely decorated - Roller blinds allow it to make the room completely dark - It was very quiet in the house and in the room - Shower was nice and hot - Communication with owner via whatsapp in english; good instruction on how to get to and into the room - Water boiler and tea was available, as well as a small fridge

Only a small thing. It would be nice to have a coffee machine somewhere. There is a lot coffee and restaurant around but when you wake up early they are still closed.

The location is perfect. You can walk 10 mins to everywhere you need to visit. The room is quiet, comfortable and very very clean. The instructions to check in was also easy. The shower is also very good. All in all a very good stay

Since the B&B is located off the main road, instructions to find it need to be sent out earlier. Our instructions arrived while we were traveling (no WiFI) which made finding the unit difficult and frustrating. Once instructions were resent it was easy to find the unit. I also would like to suggest that a key is issued to the outer door of the appartment. At this time the door remains open.

The B&B (no breakfast) is located close to the center. It is about a 20 minute walk from the train station. It is located behind the main road close to everything. The room is basic but good for a short stay. Location is excellent. Unit is on the 2nd floor so the lift is really appreciated. Communication via What'sApp was fast.

Not very easy to find and the instructions given could be improved! It's in the building behind the street frontage - you walk between the shops to get there. Galleria (in that address) is a shopping centre not a street name.

We loved absolutely everything! We travel a lot and in general we give rating of 8/9 for good accommodations, leaving 10 for the exceptional ones, and this was one of the best! The bed and pillow are very comfortable and we rested very well. It was rainy in Parma but we could not be upset at all with such accommodation! The view from the window is wonderful! The attention to detail is beyond measure, we totally recommend the host and the accommodation with great love!
