It is a bit out of the centre of Praiano but there is a bus which gives easy access.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area has stunning sea views and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants.

The hotel was immaculate and so comfortable. The view was amazing and the staff were also amazing. Having stayed in Praiano several times we will never stay anywhere other than Maresca Hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

LOTS OF STAIRS

Spectacular view, right in the middle of amazing cities, but the location itself is more quiet with the option to quickly travel by bus or taxi to a more popular area such as amalfi coast or positano. Also fantastic staff!

We had to go home!

Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony and view of the water. Breakfast was perfect lots of good choices and delicious coffee and cappuccino. Everyone we met on the staff were a delight - Sal took all the time we needed for answering questions and giving us helpful suggestions. Jorge was a joy to chat with as he served our breakfast.

The shower pressure was not great

It was slightly away from the main part of Praiano. Lots of steps, but if you don’t like steps avoid the Amalfi coast :-)

The owner was delightful. So helpful with suggestions on how to structure our trip. The room was spacious, clean and simply furnished. The terrace was fantastic - a real sun trap with a beautiful sea view.

Nothing I didn't like but I will warn you, we went in August and it was sooooo hot!! Too hot to sit outside and we paid for a patio with deck chairs thinking we would be able to enjoy it and have our family over for pre dinner drinks but it was too hot to sit outside. My parents and sister had better rooms in that sense that they could host us in air conditioned comfort - balcony sea view and terrace sea view.

We were there for a wedding so had 4 rooms and 7 guests. We were all SO impressed with the accommodation. The absolute beauty in the breathtaking views is insane. The fact that it's located on the main road is the biggest draw card honestly. I'm young and able but found the amount of stairs in the Amalfi coast very difficult, coupled with the heat. So this hotel was perfectly situated and easy to get around. We chose to dine at the restaurants that offered return transfers as it is hard (and expensive) to get around so it was our best option and we weren't disappointed! Breakfast every morning was delicious, actually scrambled eggs with a proper coffee! Salvatore was so helpful, he would call and make all our bookings for us.

We had one of the rooms with the terrace. It had a shaded space (two seats and a low coffee table) and a sunny space (two longue chairs, a bistro table and two seats) and a lemon tree. That’s overlooking the sea. We wanted to move in. Location wise, without a car, we actually thought it worked great, as it is a (steep) walking distance to the beach, a few meters to the bus stop to get in town, etc. The owners and staff were very helpful to assist us in making reservations, figuring out how to use the public transport, etc. We were not prepared to navigate the Amalfi coast- this was a very last minute trip- but they made it perfect. Do follow their recommendations for dinner! All excellent. We had a great time. We actually loved Praiano too.

The location was exquisite, peaceful and convenient to walking to the beach, restaurants and hopping on the local bus yo the busier destinations like Positano. The views on the edge of the cliff paralleled with the higher priced choices.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with all of our questions. The breakfast was great. The gentleman made us fresh coffee and omelets each day that were delicious! The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well.

It was right next to the bus stop and Salvatore was super helpful with our day trip planning. The views were to die for. It was an easy walk to a cute beach and a lot less crowded than other parts of the coast.

Property was perfect!

Excellently located to access everywhere without having the madness that is Positano. Gorgeous little property overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff are absolutely lovely an and nice little continental breakfast too. Perfect place.
