Fantastic location literally just outside the city walls. The aircon was an absolute godsend with the heat and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The whole place was spotlessly clean after the cleaners had been through. I’d probably opt for the room with private bathroom if I was to stay again, but simply because of other guests, no reflection on the cleanliness of the property. The terrace was really nice to sit outside & enjoy a glass of wine on.

Nothing major, but be advised that the room with the private bathroom doesn't mean it's an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is just down the hallway. We didn't realize this when we booked.

Quite noisy. The traffic is a constant background noise. The neighbouring apartments door slaming and the cars from the parking lot all give the impression that they are inside the apartment. The bathroom is very small

The apartment is near the city walls. There is a good restaurant just around the corner and a great pub just inside the city walls. The bed was comfortable, there was a coffee machine and a fridge, air conditioning. The room is great if you plan to spend most of your time visiting the city.

it was odd in the morning when we open our door and try to pack up our stuff there was some gentleman sitting by our door waiting for… who knows… also internet was connected but didn’t work at all (wifi), we didn’t say anything as we stayed only for one night.

Great location . One minute to city walls . 10 mins walk to supermarket. Large clean comfy bedroom, clean shared bathroom with one other room . Shared kitchen with everything you need . Lovely balcony with tables and chairs

Air conditioner was somewhat temperamental, and the shower curtain wasn’t really very effective at keeping water in the shower tray and not all over the bathroom floor.

No lift (I think), but couple flights of stairs no problem for us. (They seem to have rooms on ground floor as well, in case you can't climb stairs). Lovely room, we had a private separate bathroom. Use of shared kitchen and large balcony, if you fancy breakfast outside. The apartment is about 20 min walk from the train station and just outside the city walls, so easy access to the town for an affordable price.

Blue room has a "private bathroom" that is not placed in the room, but you need to enter it from the hallway. Shower has a lot of improvements to make - shower curtains are too small so water splashish all around from sides and as well curtains touch your body as you are showering. Improvised shower tub creates a lake inside shower tub as water is not draining fast enough. After showering it's really hard to access toilet as you need to pass by the shower where all is wet. There was nothing given to dry up all the excess water after showering.

Location is really good, just outside of the Lucca walls, but still close by to enter the center. There is private parking available. All communication was done via WhatsApp and we could easily enter the room with instructions given, even with late night check-in option.
