On the day 2, the hotel experienced an issue with internet, which was not resolved till the end of stay (+4days); loud music played in the ferragosta week in the garden till 11pm, after complaints they lowered the volume a bit.

Very nice small hotel with its challenges. Great staff, especially Rosa on reception. Nice, polite, ready to help.

* Slightly outdated design; I would have liked to have a coffee maker/kettle in the room. * Breakfasts were quite modest for a four-star hotel (the coffee was very unappetizing!). * Lack of clear information about the path (route) to the beach. * Difficulty changing dinner to lunch (I had to notify the reception every day that I wanted lunch instead of dinner when booking half board).

I liked the location: not far from the sea + its own area with sun loungers by the sea. Here's the English translation of that additional positive point: * Plus, proximity to the train station (2 minutes on foot). Good lunches (tasty, pleasant service). Large territory, green, swimming pool.

They do not have any place in the balconies to dry our towels and swimsuits. And they change the beach towels every three days. They have to offer a coffee machine or a kettle something like tea. If they are a 4 star hotel. ( ı asked them and they told me they do not put this kind of service because of security reasons. I think they thought we do not travel at all. They answer was meaningless and funny. The answer could be only no instead of safety problem. But even though the lady was so kınd and try to find a solution

Good place, but you need a car if you want to visit Golfo Aranci and nice beaches around (Moresca) other than Marinella beach which is accessible by foot. The swimming pool is nice. Breakfast good in quantity.

There wasn’t any light lunch or many dinner options. Could do with a snack bar for during the day. The pool was freezing. There was some confusion over what had been paid and whether late checkout was confirmed or not. Could do with a toilet nearer to the pool area.

The food was disgusting. Like 2 stars hotel Staff is not trained well. I don t like their energy. Where you eat Breakfast, dinner or what you want to call that place, is like a cave with no light and old furniture. And the smell, OMG

Glasses instead of plastic cups would be better in the rooms. Environmentally as well as more pleasant to drink from. Buffet was not fresh fish.

Happy surprise. As our flight was arriving late we decided last minute to book a place close to the airport before heading to the planned destination. The hotel is well kept, great swimming pool, rooms were far modern than all other places we stayed, large room, large and comfortable beds. We were so pleased that we spent the following day at the hotel after check out. It's a short walk from the beach and they provide sun loungers and umbrella at the beach which was great. Kids loved the pool. And they were kind to let us use a courtesy room to have a shower. Short drive to Olbia and golfo de aranci.

The choice of lunch and snack options were limited and food and drinks were quite expensive.

The reply from hotel is slow. Don’t contact the hotel via Booking.com message. You will never getting a reply. You have to use “contact with the property” in the booking confirmation. However, don’t expect getting the reply in 3 days… There is no free bottle of water in the room. The breakfast is very simple with eggs, bacon , ham, toast, one mini bread, some mini croissants, coffee from the machine. It’s the 1st time I can’t have fresh orange juice in a star hotel. The desert is super sweet.

The room is big. There is a comfortable pool. It includes the subbed and umbrella on the beach, Spiaggia di Marinella, which is about 5 min waking distance. If you like to stay on the same beach and pool during your vacation , it’s perfect for you.

We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel's location is perfect - accessible by train, a 4 minutes walk to the beach, it's very peaceful and quiet. It's also 10 minutes walk to the harbor with restaurants and a shop. The nearby beach is dreamy and there are lounges for the hotel's guests. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfasts had varied food options and it was tasty. We had double room with garden view and the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, plus we had huge terrace as well. The room's temperature was perfect considering outdoor heat. Checkout time was 12, so not too early fortunately. There's green surrounding around the hotel, we met a turtle on our way to the beach. If you don't want to rent a car in Sardinia, thats a ideal place to stay. The train station is 2 minutes away. The trains don't go super often, but if you're organised, there's no need for a car. We used train to get to Golfo Arranci and Olbia and buses for airport, it's very cheap.

Beautiful hotel, lovely walk away from the beach. Rooms are clean, big, and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Marco who was at the reception when we checked in.
