Very clean and modern apartment, with great amenities and lighting. Right on the main street. No noise at all inside the apartment. Mimmo was fantastic, he helped with websites which helped us to know what to do and see, where to eat and he arranged a taxi to the airport which was very clean and also cheaper than we paid to get into Palermo. Everything was perfect. We recommend this apartment to everyone and if we return, we will stay here again.

Mimmo our host was very helpful. Location was excellent. A spacious and beautiful apartment with a large modern kitchen and two bathrooms , excellent water pressure in the shower, great washing machine, large refridgerator, lots of light with windows and balconies, well sound proofed, very clean, elevator , in the heart of the best restaurant street !

The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean. Despite being above a loud street, it was quiet because the windows were very good at keeping out sound. I cooked two meals in the kitchen, and found all the equipment that I needed to do that. They supplied some packaged breakfast foods, coffee and creamer, which was really nice for the first morning. The location is incredibly central! The host was very friendly and met us upon arrival. He sent us google maps with recommendations for restaurants and sites. He was also kind enough to store our bags during our last day after check out and meet us when we were ready to pick them back up. It is a beautiful building.

Modern and beautifully designed apartment. Everything is absolutely clean and looks new. Very spacious. Nice small balconies around the apartment. Best location right in the center of the old town, close to everything and very safe. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has the basics to prepare your breakfast- toasts, butter and jam. Good communication with the owner through booking messages and whatsapp. Apartment is in ZTL so we left our car in a garage (Orlando) about 10 minutes walk. We loved the apartment and felt it was great value for our money.

Nothing of substance. Guests might be put off by the ground floor building entrance—it looks far from inviting while renovations on other floors are underway—but this is of no consequence for the comfort & quality of the apartment itself.

It didn’t have a dishwasher or washing machine….but it didn’t say it did so we knew that. A dish drying rack would have been useful.

The apartment was clean, modern, had a very good kitchen with a range of useful kitchenware, large fridge, large lounge area and a good shower, with good pressure and consistent hot water. It had a lift. It also had a separate and comfortable bedroom. It was very centrally located so we could walk to a lot of the main attractions. The host, Mimmo was pleasant and very helpful.

The towels offered are scratchy - but really not a big deal.

The apartment is spacious, clean with a lot of natural light, right in the heart of the action. The windows are well insonorized keeping all noise at bay. There is a little kitchen and two balconies. The one off the living room is especially pleasant to sit on as you have a great view at the happenings on the street. Even though, you are surrounded by buildings, they are far enough that you don't feel hemmed in. One of them had a beautiful terrace with plants, flowers and wrought iron furniture that was very nice to look at. Mimmo, the owner is very responsive by WhatsApp.

Everything was perfect- spaciousness and neatness of apartment, location, the lift was a big plus for us.The apartment is very centrally located - on a street with many restaurants and shops but the apartment faces to the back street so no noise. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons in the apartment. Mimmo was a very attentive host - very helpfull with any questions or requests we had. We were treated with lots of extras like coffee pods, tea, milk, butter,toast breads and biscuits. He also ordered a taxi for us to take us to the car rental offices.

The apartment was beautiful. A stunning place to stay. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The host Mimmo was extremely helpful, providing us with local recommendations. He also came and met us to show us where to park the car. The location was superb, right in the heart of the main area for shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment!
