Only down side was no air-con, we had 2 fans going, which helped a bit but was still uncomfortable with the heat.

We loved this cute little apartment, Emanuela was great to deal with from info before and during the stay, very helpful. Felt like we had a true local experience of Montepulciano staying in this apartment.

Lovely Host! She gave us a lot of recommendations and even had a binder with restaurants and things to do in Montepulciano. We were even lucky to be invited to a district dinner where we met a lot of locals. Thank for making this stay so memorable!

Really great accommodation! Brilliant location! Apartment was fully equipped with everything you needed and was very clean! Emanuela was a great host and very easy to communicate with and gave detailed instructions for parking and things to do in town.

Just bear in mind you need to get up a few stairs to get to the apartment. If you have a lot of (heavy) luggage this might be a bit of a struggle. Same counts for getting there from the car park.

Super cute little apartment right in the centre of Montepulciano. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Love that we could make our own cappuchino in the morning and store things in the fridge. It’s perfectly located to explore the town. Great communication with Emanuela (owner), she also gave us some tips on activities which was great. Would recommend!

No AC No Elevator (52 stairs to reach the house)

Although it was advertised as a studio apartment I think that the space was just a little bit to small..It is great for a stop over, but a bit to crowded for long stays and preparing food.

Loved that we could walk to all the restaurants and scenic places from our apartment. The apartment was stocked with condiments and cold water, was neat and had everything we wanted.

Spacious and rustic apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen was a great bonus, and the overall space was both charming and practical. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The facility was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy Montepulciano at our own pace.

The apartment is on the top floor so if you struggle with stairs (no elevator) could be an issue.

Great location, everything you need for a short stay. Emanuela was extremely helpful; meeting us at the apartment, saving us a parking space and explaining everything there was to know/see/do. Thank you for starting off our Tuscan adventure in the best way.

Location couldn’t be better, right at the Piazza Grande, breakfast with a view of the cathedral unforgettable. The apt beautifully decorated with all necessary staff. It is in the last floor of a historic building which is very well maintained. The host super nice.

Emanuela was very kind and patient in helping us find parking. The location is perfect!The views were amazing, especially at the Romantico Cafe. Enjoyed Asperol Spritz. Probably the cafe with most Spectacular view in the world. The bed was super comfortable. Best time to take photos is sunset and sunrise. At sunrise the piazza was empty for really great pictures. Even saw a couple having their wedding photos taken.

This was an amazing place to stay in Montepulciano, beautiful apartment 20 metres from the main piazza! Emanuela was a brilliant host, very flexible with check-in time and she had lots of recommendations for dinner, places to see etc. We will definitely be back! Thank you Emanuela!

The place is very cozy and stylish. It had everything we needed. The location is at the exact city center. Everything in the room was very thought out. But most of all, the host Emanuela, was the best!!, very helpful and friendly and was prepared to answer every question about the area.

The appartment has a very good, central location, on the second floor. Emanuela was a very helpful host, gave us terrific recommendations - places to visit, park and to eat. The Pizzeria around the corner was really worth a visit, very cozy interior and delicious pizza and tartar.The underground walk in Ercolani cellars is a must see, it is free and offers also free winetasting. The city itself is very beautiful and worth a visit.

The bed felt a bit soft for my liking

Nothing. The sad news is my father pass away in China on the second day I came here. I have to cancel the restaurant host booked for us and drive to Rome immediately and fly back to China. I regretted didn’t see my father last time.

Location and cleanliness. Host is very nice make reservations of restaurants for us and introduce parking information. I will choose this place when come back again. Thanks for hosting us.

Nothing to complain about other than the rain.

Very good location and a nice stay for two. Friendly owner greeted us and explained everything. The space was not overly luxurious but very comfortable and up to date. Just right for an overnight stay.
