Some areas of the hotel could use some maintenance. The gym particularly could use some more machines while the current equipment is rather old.

Location wise, the hotel it's found in a great spot, with a fantastic view to the mountains and to the sea. The restaurant serves excellent food. And the staff was really friendly.

Our problem with the staff was at the Restaurant the first night where all attention was on a Special Tour Group and the menu was limited / food ok but service very poor with extremely inexperienced staff with one or 2 VERY experienced staff , but attention elsewhere . The Breakfast would have been really good has someone taken care to refill the tableware at 9.30 am ( after Tour Group left ) , no coffee cups or spoons, knives etc and the scrambled eggs etc cold because no heaters were put underneath . I complained in Italian ( being half Italian am fairly fluent ) but just got the Puglia shrug as if Non ce niente da Fare . Second night we ate on the coast in Manfredonia - unassuming place on the pier with superb seafood .

We were given the room that we booked with a nice balcony ( 2 chairs and small table ) and had a nice view of San Giovanni di Ritondo ( Padre Pio - now San Pio ) , 2 Single beds - room a little small but still had a fridge and work space and considering the price with breakfast included was great value for money . Some people have complained about the Reception but I found them to be correct and diligent - you dont expect someone to be holding up a Welcome Banner at a large hotel like this with many Tour Groups . Supplied us with extra pillows when requested and perfect on check out , including later check out at 11.45 am .

Nice hotel but its location is too far from the city. If you don't have a car you will have a lot of trouble. There is no official taxi system in the city anyway.

The property is somewhat remote as it located at the outskirts of main city/village centres and is not within walking distance of sites you may wish to visit/tour. A rental vehicle is recommended to explore surrounding cities and sites. However, as we had a rental vehicle, we used this property as our hub to explore the surrounding towns and areas, so this hotel and its location was particularly well suited for our needs.

Luxury Resort style hotel with spacious property and plenty of free parking. Room was large, clean, well furnished, and had access to private balcony overlooking the property. The hotel grounds and exterior pool were attractive and well maintained Room appeared recently renovated and well furnished. Washroom was modern clean, and spacious. Very comfortable new bedding. Hotel Staff was courteous and polite. On site restaurant was nicely decorated and clean, and serves a wide choice of food and beverages. Food was of very good quality overall and serving staff were engaged and polite. Very comfortable and relaxed stay at this property.

Despite there being a sign that they had wifi, they did not and with spotty connection, using cell phones for wifi wasn't ideal. It also seems to be a little bit mismanaged with paint scraping off of furniture.

Easy to find and ideal for people with cars as there is plenty of parking space. The hotel is nice and clean.

Easy and plentiful parking. Clean spacious room. Diverse options for breakfast. Convenient location to St. Giovannni Rotunda and Mt St Angelo (assuming you have a car).

the hotel is quite far from everything. the price was reasonable and the hotel looked clean, so we took it for a one-night stay. was surprised that the use of the spa section still had to be paid separately and it became a big additional cost, so the price of the hotel alone was quite expensive considering the location.

Few gripes with the coffee machines in the morning or some foods missing or run out, staff were busy and doing their best to keep up. Not their fault, it didn't quite represent 4 stars.

Comfortable rooms friendly staff, good breakfast and a good restaurant, pool is not too busy with all the facilities you need, Manfredonia 4km away, some great restaurants nice harbour a wonderful main street with an array of shops, Gelitaria etc.

It was very difficult trying to get a drink from the hotel bar as had to go to reception to ask for a drink. The same person that was manning reception also doing bar. Only had one drink from bar as it was not properly manned. It was a shame as it was a nice bar and other guests didnt visit it for the same reason.

Loved the pool and restaurant food very good.

We couldn't use any of the amenities such as the swimming pool and wellness center because they close at 7pm. It is too early , especially in summer when daylight goes up to 9pm. In the room needs more outlets and the A/C did not work properly. The rooms are very small.

Sound proofing is the worst. We could hear everything from our neighburs - I will not go into details. This was very disturbing. The bed was not comfy, I woke up with pain in my back. Breakfast very basic, not tasty. It was raining heavily when we arrived but they have no roof where we could unload the car so I had to get wet to get the bags out. I expected more from this hotel.

It's a good location to visit San Giovani Rotondo - 30 min drive away. It's clean and has a lot of parking spaces.
