How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

An improvement in soundproofing would be nice
Fantastic staff. At reception, breakfast and dinner - kind, helpful and friendly. Some interesting dishes on the menu for dinner. Convenient parking right outside the door. clean rooms with air conditioning.

We stayed here overnight, and it was an unexpectedly good experience. The building is old but very well maintained. The room is simple but perfectly clean, with a good mattress and pillows. Parking is available. It’s a very quiet place, which is a perfect alternative to Milan if you’re looking for a good sleep without any worries and excessive costs. Special thanks for the wonderful breakfast with quality products. I definitely recommend this place. There is also a nice and cosy restaurant for dining on-site, but since we arrived late, we didn’t get a chance to try it, but I assume it’s excellent

Extremely small shower in the room we had and place is very noisy due to how it is constructed.

Nothing really.
What a little gem this hotel is. The place is spotlessly clean, the room is spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very good quality and substantial. If you have dinner there, then expect a quality equivalent to fine dining. The owner is a chef and he served very good steak tartare that we shared, home made spinach and riccotta tortelini and octopus in his home made sauce. Delicious!

The european wall outlet was hidden but I had a long cable, so no problem!
The room was big and comfy, very quiet during the night. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. The people were really nice and we tried our best to communicate with each other without a common language (ENG vs ITA), but everything was perfect! The restaurant for dinner was a bit expensive but really good, made with fresh products, high quality. Wifi was good for work too.

The food was fabulous and the hotel rooms were extremely clean. I appreciated the simple and minimalist, yet warm style of the place. The people who work here go above and beyond with their service.

We only stayed one night and can only think positively about our stay.
Friendly owner who was very helpful with our check-in. The hotel room was fairly basic but large enough and more than adequate for our requirements in a quiet suburb with private parking on site. Conveniently close to Malpensa airport. Dinner at the hotel was great, the best Ravioli we had on our whole 3-weeks northern Italy trip and all other dishes were also delicious. The breakfast was great, way too much food for us and very fresh bread products with great coffee. Typical of hands-on couple running and/or owning their hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

The town was very quiet on a hot august day
The hotel was really nice. From the outside it is unremarkable but inside is wonderful. It is comfortable. decorated with taste and exceptionally clean. Everything was of good quality. The enclosed parking was a plus. My single room was spacious. The owner was very helpful. There is a restaurant which was a bonus and the meal was well presented. The breakfast served at your table was excellent. It is just a few minutes walk into the small town centre and 25-minute drive to Malpensa.

Best relation for guests ever seen! When we arrived the room was cooled by an air conditioner (it was done minimum 1 hour before). Very friendly and polite man at the reception. Explained and show all what we had to knew. Gave us key from gate and main door. Breakfast was delicious! When we arrived at 10am, the table was set for us with breakfast ready, fresh orange juice, coffee and water. Free privat parking! Petfriendly place! Thank you one more time! We rested very well and gained positive impressions!

The owner is really kind and helpful. Italian style breakfast was delicious, the room very comfortable, clean and silent. The position is easy to reach and from there you can get anywhere easily, but remember that in this area you need to have a car (parking is available for free right in front!)

the windows were not very good soundproofed, from 6 AM, till I left the staff was smashing all doors without considering that guests were inside and maybe resting. the noise was impossible. when i tried to mention at the check-out to the owner, he just skipped the comment, did not seem to be interested about
