People of large size could have a problem using shower, toilet.

I always want a bigger room and this one was no exception. It was fine for the one night needed to be close to the Train Station that was our need.

The property was one or 2 apartments that were modified and divided into rooms like a hotel, if the other guests make noise, you can hear it in the room.

The property is very close to the central train station( from where you can go to Matera, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare ) a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the old center

Bed linen appeared dirty and not very fresh. Included luggage storage means luggage being stored in the corridor (to be fair, very easy to communicate with the host in time for collection). Beware of a very narrow bathroom.

Very convenient location 10 minutes from Bari Centrale. Breakfast included is at Mantucci cafe nearby, which is really nice.

The sound of the sewage pump. Heavy traffic, difficult parking as everywhere in the middle of a city.

The location is great, everything is easily accessible on foot. Accommodation is clean and simple. Suitable for 1-2 nights. The rooms are not the same, better/worse. Equipment and staff were fine. the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is simple and only sweets with coffee. Recommended.

The room was fine for one night, but not for more, as it is quite small and the balcony overlooks an inner courtyard and an another bulding. We had a problem with the shower in the bathroom, because the drainage is not good, so the whole bathroom gets flooded.

The location is good, as it’s close to the train station. The breakfast is okay, you get coffee and a croissant.

Room a bit small. Needs very much needed shelving or drawers. Pity that we could not watch tv too. You need to connect and pay.

Location was great. About 5 min walk from train station and 15 min from city center. Breakfast was very basic. Cup of cappuccino and croissant.

We encoutered some issues with the facilities during our stay. We had hot water to shower only a few times and for many times the water was cold or just a bit warm. During sunmer that may non be a problem, but in december was not okey. The wifi had some issues and the breakfast was delicios but just offered a coffee/cappucino and a croissant. Both were good, but a small breakfast.

The property was nice and the location was amazing, close to cury center. Even if we encoutered numerous problems (with wifi and the lack of hot water), the stuff was responsive and nice.

The room was very small for 3 people. The third person's bed was uncomfortable. For the twin bed, we got only 1 big blanket. I guess it's ok for couples but for friends it would be better to have separate blankets. It was really uncomfortable to use the toilet because of the small place (I don't even know how a taller person can sit there). The toilet was very noisy. The breakfast was very limited. We could choose 1 croissant and 1 coffee and nothing else. They didn't even let us change 1 coffee to 1 tea. The croissant and the coffee was delicious but it's not enough for breakfast and we would prefer something salty instead of eating croissant every morning.

Location is great, 3 mins from the train station and 10-15 mins from the old town (by walk). The room is soundproof, we hear almost nothing from the busy street. The free Nespresso coffee is a good thing.

I left my AirPods in the room and the cleaning lady took them. After i argued with them for about 30 minutes, they found them at the cleaning lady. So don t leave any valuables goods in the room.

Problem with shower. The shower was too small( open one) and every time it was used, the bathroom was flooded. There was no mop or cloth available for cleaning. The room was cleaned daily, the beds were made up, but the bathroom, sink and toilet were not cleaned during our stay.

Small room shower allowed water to flood the floor. No desk in the room. Balcony was not a balcony. It was just a storage room.

The staff worked hard to accommodate my needs including communication in English, check in time locks that weren't working. The checkin was too complex but Luigi made it bearable. Luigi was a bright light and a great guy

It is not a hotel but a big apartment divided into small rooms. If you don't mind that it's okey, but as a single female traveller I wouldn't feel comfortable to be honest. Also the lack of a clear sign or anything seems a bit weird.

The room was brand new and very clean with very comfy beds. We did not have a room with a proper balcony. There is a small room with windows onto a very ugly backyard. We closed the curtains and just ignored the non existent view. Fine for one night but wouldn't like to stay longer. Also the entrance is a bit weird, it is a residential apartment building with no indication of a hotel or whatsoever. We had to call someone to ger into the main apartment and then you are on your own. The breakfast is in a nearby cafe. You get one hot beverage and a small pastry.

Small rooms, dirty, outdated, bleached towels, room was untidy, noisy, no normal toilet seat(very uncomfortable), shower leaked in the entire bathroom, no where to hang small towels, hairdryer on the floor.

The only thing positive about this stay was the location.
