I could hear everything from the neighbours as if they were in my room , I would like to never hear half of the sounds from them if you know what I mean.

I needed to stay just for a few hours at night as I had an early flight and came by train from another city. Hotel is very simple and small but clean. Welcoming staff.

Washrooms were really small. Little insight about my Room no. 10 was that the shower was not smooth instead it was very sharp and kinda piercing. No dental kit, I believe 3 stars give dental kit but I neither asked

Check out was at 11. And reception called 11:05 and said you have to leave and when we explained we were never in a hotel that we had to check out at 11 and they said its okay take your time. But cleaner every 5 minutes was knocking on the door and saying people are waiting with anger which was so annoying. Check in is at 2:00 where people were waiting we were not sure.

The location so close to train station was amazing and also 20-30min walk to city center. The reception (two Iranian girls) were so warm and helpful.

Some things are outdated. Just by doing a couple of simple and inexpensive updates, like the bed sheets, the lamps shades and/or the bathroom mirror , the rooms would do a great change and look more modern

Great location. Close to main public transportation, both train and buses and the central Rome stations. Many restaurantes and stores walking distance. It was extremely clean despite the furniture and installations not being new. Staff was excellent

Only stayed for one night. The location is great as it is close to the main train station. The rest is just okay.

The room was not as clean the bed was a twin size and I would have preferred a double at least however given the size of the room it would not fit, the location came off scary at first due to the gratifis and I booked in late because there was a delay in my flight, but the distance from the train station is literally 3mins walk.

Ideal location tiny but functional, great value for location Rome is not cheap.

The neighbourhood was not nice.

Very neat and clean little hotel, close to Termini. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The toilet is extremely small, also the shower partition (glass) is unable to close properly. No free water to provide, when I ask for it they give me it immediately but they do not mention the price however it's kind of my fault but it can be handled in a better way.

The location is perfect especially since it's near both the metro and train stations. The hotel is located on a moderately safe street, there are not many homeless. The room cleaning does a pretty good job.

The walls are paper thin. But much thinner than any other hotel I have ever stayed. I adjusted by going to bed at 100am. The problem is I planned on starting early with sites everyday. So I was very tired everyday. If you are the type of person who is a light sleeper do not book this hotel. If you are not a light sleeper this is an excellent value. In addition, please not book thinking you are getting 3 star amenities. I had to ask for soap.

The location is excellent. I dont know why other reviewers mentioned they did not feel safe. Could not be further from the truth. The room was super clean. Even under the bed. The staff was very nice as well.

The surrounding area is not very appealing.

The surroundings of the hotel are not very reliable. The hotel does not have a separate lounge for breakfast. They bring the breakfast to the room on a tray. Breakfast content is qood.

The location of the hotel is central, it is possible to reach everywhere easily by walking.

The local area can be noisy and sometimes groups of youths gather nearby.

The breakfast was fine. Very good coffee. They keep the place very clean.

Some of the furniture is a bit old. Also I find it rather pricey, but maybe it's just usual level of prices in Rome.

The room was clean and spacy enough, the staff friendly and very helpful. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection. Location is fine, the district itself is not that beautiful, but the Termi station is 7min by foot, Colosseum is 15 min away and the closest metro station is less than 3 min by foot.

The safety deposit box was not working. Air Conditioning system works but not efficient.

The check-in process was very simple. Staffs were very nice.

The first 2 days it was so much noise in the hotel because of the cleaning stuff but after we complained the noise is less.
