The smell of the room was not good when we got inside, it was suffocating. We opened the window to ventilate the room, but a lot of small flies got in, so we have to keep the window closed. There was no garbage can in the room, only in bathroom. Not so boutique...

The location is great, it's in center of the main square, where everything is around, 5 min from the lake. The host was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean.

We liked everything: the room, the cleanliness, the little things included in the room, location. Photos of the room are very accurate. My room was a little small but well appointed. Perhaps a blanket or duvet available in the room would have been nice.

I loved he close it was to the lake, restaurants & a fantastic cafe just and a fantastic cafe right next door. The delightful view of the courtyard was nice too.

Fantastic location in the heart of the main Piazza in Desenzano with restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The room was lovely, clean and well kept with a comfortable bed. The welcome snacks was a lovely treat after a day travelling, I would highly recommend a stay here.

The air conditioner didn’t keep the room cool enough.Underrated for room size. Only negative was aircon.

Great location- close to restaurants, the port area and 5-10 minute easy walk to swimming area on waterfront. Facilities good- coffee machine and select drinks and food provided by host. Host was contactable but we didn’t require anything from him. Bed comfortable and rain shower great. Room quiet.

The best location in town . Right in the center ,next door to all restaurants , port , beach . Amazing host . Very beautiful , spacious , modern , new and super clean appartment . Super comfortable bed , quiet . Great bathroom with wonderful shower . Also cute small garden if you like to relax on your own . One of the best stays ever ! Can’t wait to go back . The room was spotlessly clean, fridge restocked everyday with water, beer and snacks. Fantastic location right in the centre of Desenzano. The host was lovely and communicated everything we needed to know. He also let us store luggage on our last day which was a big help.

This was a perfect location when visiting all the towns on Lake Garda! It is in walking distance of the ferries and station to allow you to move around easily! The place was clean and comfortable, being cleaned each day! Valerio was great and explained everything to us, would definitely recommend this place.

Easy to communicate with owner, asked a number of questions before arrival including ferry timetable and owner took the time to research this and respond. Quick to respond too. Was very easy to find and arrived well before the check in time but they were able to get the room ready a hour before and also took our suitcases to store even earlier than that. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. Fridge stocked with water and a bottle of beer (nice touch), coffee machine and pods which were restocked each day. Able to use Netflix on the TV as well. Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if I came back to that area.

Great location in the center of Desenzano. The room was very modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. The host Valerio was very kind and helpful, he gave us lots of great tips to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely recommend!
