Small fridge not so cold, I put on maximum but the temperature doesn't go up. Not smart TV, no English channels. Few things to note: the unit is on 2nd floor with no elevator, which can be challenging with luggage or for anyone with mobility concerns.

Location is in San Marco and 14 minutes walk to Saint Mark's Basilica or Doge's Palace. Internet is fast. Near water taxi station. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with supply of towels, soaps and shampoos, making it comfortable enough for one night. The host very informative. The whole experience smooth and stress-free. Recommended for budget travels.

No A/C! This was advertised in the listing, but there was none to be found. WiFi quality was not good, very spotty.

Wow, location was fantastic - easy to access yet hidden within the labyrinth of Venice alleys; really awesome location. Apartment was spacious but simple. Communication was good.

Wifi was pretty slow. and the building is not leveled, which is understandable because those buildings are on the water and are slowly collapsing.

Location was good, the room was really clean, and it smelled like it had been cleaned recently. There was a place for 7 ppl in the room.

The first glimpse of the outside being rather old gives an impression of abandonment. Do not be disappointed! Although the interior is oldish as well the room was well kept and clean!

Very quiet and in the vicinity of all the major sightseeing sites of Venice. I liked the feeling of living in a venetian house. It was very clean and cozy.

Great stay if you have low expectations. Location was excellent - Google gives you the wrong pin so you need to walk further down the street to find it. The bed was made and bathroom was recently cleaned but the room wasn't deep cleaned (e.g. there was a lot of dust under the bed). The bed/towels weren't changed for the duration of my stay. The room felt like someone randomly threw together furniture. Didn't have a great night's sleep but needed last minute accomodation and this was indeed a room to sleep in in the centre of Venice.

Excellent location- quiet in the evenings but close to the main canal and Saint Marks square. Large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great value for money.

The shower was extremely small, and the shower head was located half way down, so trying to wash hair etc was tricky. No lift, so pack light. The internet was very weak, to connect I had to go in to the hallway.

The location was easy to reach from the river bus only one set of steps to get there. It was a nice walk through the streets to get to the main attractions. The was restaurants close by. The room was very dated but it was fine for what we needed it was a decent size.

The air conditioning made a terrible noise and was not very effective. We had to turn this off at night to sleep.

Pretty closer to the boat station and in a popular locality that is safe from theft. There are restaurants nearby and a departmental store walkable distance.

It was moldy so the allergies were out of control for us. You could tell that they were trying to mitigate the mold but it was there. Maybe that is all of Venice I don't know.

Location to things was good. Its close to most of where you want to be. You can not get straight to it by a boat. So we had to lug our luggage for quite a while. Room size was good. The guy that worked there was very nice and helpful.

One floor up with no elevator which is annoying but not a deal breaker..

Location was great, 3 mins walk from st Angelo stop. And few mins walk to San Marco. Clean and big room and comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful. Could leave the luggage before check in and after checkout no problem.
