How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There was no air condition in the room, only fan.
Check-in was easy, everything with PIN codes. The room was clean and nice. There is also a shared kitchen, which was great.

The room didnt have a AC so when I got cold it was hard to get warm and the "hot" water wasn't hot enough to take a shower. The walls are very thin. People told me the area is not too safe but I didnt experience anything bad.
It was a big room and has a double sized bed. It was clean and the staff who I ran to when I checked in were so friendly and helpful. The rooms and the building have access codes seperately so it is pretty safe. It was good enough for me. It is near the city center and I always walked to the center.

The twin bed was broken and even tough we told the admin about it, they never reached out to replace it or move us to another room. The microwave did not work. The kitchen is not very useful if you are traveling with family and intend to cook a breakfast.

The bed was creaking a lot from any slightest movement (maybe a loose screw). The radiator and tower dryer did not heat up enough to keep the room warm enough or dry the towels. The walls were pretty thin so I could hear everyone.
The location is very close to the historic city center. The property is very clean and seemed to be newly renovated. The property managers were very clear with instructions on how to get inside the building. Extremely good value for money.

Minor things like turning up the temperature a bit and adding a small table would be nice and comfortable. The idea of a long access code is a bit annoying because every time you have to access the page on the internet to see the long code
The location is very good, close to the city center. The accommodation is clean and quiet.

Not much soundproof but okay for the short stay
Perfect location-tram outside just 2 stops to very nice Old fruit market in Porta Palazzo and Mercato di Torino,center walkable distance.Cosy nice super clean modern furnished room,clear self check in -out instructions,fast and responsive staff on WhatsApp,nice web presentation -you get exactly what you book 💯😉. Affordable.I recommend 💯👌and thank you 😊!

Our room doesn’t look as on the pictures, it was smaller and also the walls were kinda paper thin.
The room was clean, towels were included. The room also has a fan so the air wasn’t so warm. The location was pretty good.

The lack of staff was a bit annoying. The common bins in the kitchen were overflowing, and we ran out of toilet paper. I spent a while trying to find an iron, and when I did it was covered in grease and dirt. They should make it easier to access staff.
Really nice clean room, comfortable beds and lots of towels. Location is great as it is near transport links and many bars and restaurants.

I got a bit confused with the codes to enter the room, but the staff helped me with all the information needed so I highly recommend this place.
It's close to the river and the center. The room is clean and cozy.

Shower cavin was really tiny and water was leaking to the floor. Check out time at 10am it's too early, should be at least 11 or noon. No A/C, luckily I didn't need it cause it was not so hot the days I was staying in.
No Keys, all using codes and no need to interact with anybody for check in and out. Good location You will not find anything for such a good price so close to center and with the services provided (nice double bed, private clean bath, free coffee/tea, great location).

Easy to find free parking on the other side of the river - Host available all the time, and supportive to satisfy our requirements (ex. fixed the problem with the TV that was not working)

This is not specific to the property but applies - buildings designed for many hot months can be uncomfortable in the winter. Tiled floors for example need some kind of carpet runner in the winter, thin duvets I experience all across Italy just aren’t cosy enough. Owners are really obliging but people don’t like to ask. Some blankets on hand would be helpful.
Clean and well cared for, the cleaning lady was around all day and there was some up grading going on.

It was a bit complicated process of checking in but it is very understandable since it is contact-less.
The property is clean and tidy. Location wise it is close to the historical sites.
