We had an exceptional experience! The apartment was sparkling clean, well equipped, spacious and modern. Our kind and lovely host, Alma, made our experience truly magical from the beginning. We were welcomed with fresh, beautifully packed focaccia, and in the morning, croissants were waiting for us in front of our door in the flavors we chose. The apartment was stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, water, drinks, and body care essentials - everything we could possibly need and more. The location is also perfect, there is a bus stop right in front of the building, and the neighbourhood is also walkable with great restaurants nearby. The best hospitality we have ever experienced, couldn’t have asked for a better stay - 100% recommended!

It was really well equipped, literally everything you can imagine. We didnt expect surprise breakfast every morning, we could choose our filling for the croassaints. It was very lovely. Its a beautiful flat, so pretty bathroom with hair drier and even a hair straighter. I can only recommend this choice for your staying in genova. Alma is a helpful wonderful owner.

Very cute cozy little apartment with everything you need. the apartment is very well equipped, it has everything, but absolutely everything (and a hair straightener 😉). communication with the owner is easy and simple, the housekeeper is available every day. the beds are very comfortable, the whole apartment is air-conditioned, there are even two TVs + Netflix. we stayed 6 nights, my daughter joined us for two nights, the landlady was happy to accept it and immediately prepared a bed for her (cape, sleep everything) without additional expense. when we arrived, we were greeted by a fridge full of drinks and an apartment full of snacks, all for free. every morning they brought us warm foccacia and croissants. Wonderful service and I will definitely come back and recommend!

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Everything was just right and made for a really pleasant stay.

Alma, the host, was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. She helped us find the location, which made our arrival stress-free, and we were even lucky enough to find parking nearby. The apartment was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt cozy and well thought out. But what really stayed with me—almost more than anything else—was the focaccia. It was absolutely delicious, and such a warm, local touch to be welcomed with it in the room. There were also little trays of chocolate placed around the apartment, which felt like sweet little surprises wherever you looked. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials—tea, coffee, oil, salt, and more—and we loved starting our day with breakfast out on the balcony.

I’ve been travelling in Europe since the beginning of April and this apartment is most definitely the best I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail is exceptional, the staff and responsiveness were second to none. I was amazed at the little things that we did not expect such as fresh pastries and bottles of water every day, the yoghurt and cold pressed juices available. From the initial greeting to our departure, everything was amazing. I do not hesitate in recommending this awesome apartment.

everything was fantastic. the room is large and has a fabulous bed and pillows so comfortable. The generosity was unbelievable we had fresh foccaccia on arrival and the fridge was stacked out with juice water yoghurts etc and in the morning a small bag was hanging on the door with fresh pastries and more foccaccia,. plus there is a nespresso machine loads of tea bags and so well equipped. There is a lift so easy with heavy bags and a bus outside the door which takes you into the old city . we would stay here again even though it is not quite in the center but with the staff who work here and the generosity why stay anywhere else t

There was some city noise during the night but this was easily resolved with ear plugs.

We stayed for one week in the apartment and could not fault it. Alma's attention to detail was exceptional and the daily delivery of pastries to our door each morning was wonderful! The apartment's location was excellent with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop and restaurants all on our doorstep. We never had to wait more than ten minutes for a bus which stopped near both train stations, as well as passing through the main shopping district. The beach and promenade to Boccadasse was just at the end of the road. Thank you Alma for a lovely stay!

I travel frequently for work and usually stay in hotels, but the service and attention to detail in this apartment far surpass any hotel experience. I'm so glad I chose to stay here. If I return to Genoa, I will definitely stay again. Alma is an excellent host, and I wish her all the best.
