Breakfast options were a little disappointing. I had to ask for soy milk which was then provided on demand and croissants were not very fresh unfortunately.

Lovely hotel right on the canal in Navigli. We had a massive hotel room on the third floor with loads of space. But despite being in the heart of Navigli district the hotel room was very quiet and comfortable. Really nice staff and lovely restaraunt in the outdoor patio garden for an evening meal.

Breakfast wasn’t as amazing as the hotel! But it was perfectly fine and similar to other places we stayed in Milan / Lakes.

Great location on the canal, beautiful building with courtyard and seating area. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were very spacious.

What a lovely hotel on the canal. The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was lovely. There are many restaurants in the area to try out and it’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of town

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Located in a busy area along a canal. Lots of restaurants and bars along both sides of the canal, very lively area. The reception area is adorable. Tastefully decorated, pleasant staff. Our room had a lively view of the canal with a cute window that opened up for viewing! Nice size room with generous sized bathroom! The bedroom was also tastefully decorated. We ate dinner at the restaurant that is attached and it was great! We will definitely stay there again if in Milan in the future!

Great service and hospitality at Maison Borella. Loved the cozy rooms and its brilliant location just next to Navigli river. Cna highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a small and charming boutique hotel in the heart of Milan.

If you like sleep early on the weekend. It will be challenging. Music was noizy until late night . But no party during business days.

Great spot in the center of action. Bars and restaurants and walking distance everywhere. Easy to get on the Tram . Nice quiet courtyard for breakfast was nice.

The only recommendation I'd make is that the hotel provide tub mats in their bathrooms. The floor of the tub is slippery and dangerous when wet. A tub mat would provide a more secure feeling when showering.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcomed. Our room was located with a beautiful view of the canal. Restaurants on the canal were convenient and served delicious food!

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Lovely boutique hotel which was very clean and modern. Our family had 2 rooms, one overlooking the canal and the other overlooking the courtyard. They were both fantastic. The hotel is perfectly situated with lots going on along the canal of Naviglio.

the only suggestion I have is to add body lotion to the toiletries offered in the bathroom, other than that everything else was great!

this place was lovely! Room comfortable and well equipped, beautiful patio and spaces to be outside the room. We had an inner court yard room, which was specially quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly, the place beautiful. I would stay here again with no hesitation!
