We literally can't fault this B&B it was so perfect for our holiday to Florence! We spent 5 nights here, the room was clean and comfy, the location was perfect as it is right on the tram line and we had a lovely breakfast each morning. The vibes were very homey and welcoming, they definitely hit all the marks. Would 100% recommend!

Nothing really all as you would expect for the price.

Clean with all the basic amenities of a hotel room/B&B you would expect. Lovely host Julia who was very helpful about restaurants and information about the local area.

Clean and comfortable room, great hosts. Close to tram and main train station and easy walk to all Florence main attractions. Breakfast was excellent to start the day. Would definitely recommend.

× My bathroom was across the hall from my room. I think it was my own private bathroom, which helped, but it wasn't the best situation - especially at 2 in the morning!! × Shower was fairly small with quite a narrow door and the head sprayed all over!! The temperature was also either controlled by all water within the building, or simply possessed!!! After 5 minutes of working to get a nice temp I'd be showering and suddenly scalding water is raining down on me!!!

Feel like at my home! Clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, have air conditioner and good WiFi. Good price with breakfast included. The staffs are nice and friendly.

One downside was that the bathroom was located outside our room, which was occasionally inconvenient.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent—within walking distance of major sightseeing spots, which made exploring very convenient.

There was some mold in the shower, and the toilet seat was a bit loose.

We really liked the great location of the accommodation, which is very close to both the airport and the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful. At the reception, there was a map of the city showing the main landmarks and other important spots, making it much easier for us to get around the city during our stay. Plus, the hotel staff even marked the hotel’s location and some other places on the map beforehand, which was really helpful. Breakfasts were great. Overall, a great place to stay – highly recommended!

Maison Bianca was very clean and comfortable it was convenient for the main railway station (10 to 15 minutes walk) or 2 minutes from the tram stop. Breakfast was good. The young girl at reception/breakfast was very friendly and helpful and made our stay in Florence more enjoyable by recommending places to visit whilst there.

Julia was absolutely awsome, she is so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 to Julia. The room was super clean. Breakfast was good, would've just liked savoury croissants and crackers with more cheeses and a little fruit salad.

Only down side, this room is the only one with external private bathroom, which could be an inconvenience sometimes.

Location: quiet area, just two tram stops from S. Maria Novella train station and close to Fortezza da Basso. Host: excellent treatment by host Giulia, with lovely morning chat. Room: we had family room n.5, spacious and comfortable with view on main road. Good night sleep and minibar available.

The location is a bit away from the city centre but it's near the train station and easily accessible by tram. There is one tram stop just in front of the building. Room had a good city view from balcony. Breakfast was amazing. Good restaurants nearby. Only drawback was the extremely slow elevator of the building otherwise everything was perfect.

I expected a little bit more regarding the breakfast. You had the traditional sweet croissants, which were very good. But for people who prefer a savoury breakfast, you could make yourself only toasts with cheese, ham or salami and hard boiled eggs. The location was not bad, right next to the station, but it was impossible to sleep with the window open, because our window was towards the street and it was frequented by cars all the time, the echo was rather loud. But we are soft sleepers.

The staff was very kind and nice and everything was very clean. Easy access, comfortable room and everything working as required.

Everything was ok. Nothing to do with the B&B. Just please consider that the hotel is a 35mins walk from the centre, and even when the Tren station is super close and it has a bus stop almost in front, after 11 the buses don't pass that often, every hour more or less.

The staff is super kind and helpful. The room was big enough and it was clean. The breakfast was good too.
