The place was super comfortable and nice. It’s about 10 mins walk from the beach, train station is really close, local food market just around the corner. What stands out is a super helpful host that answered questions very fast and helped us with whatever we needed help via WhatsApp, he even let us enter the room before the check in time what was a life saver for us. Definitely recommend and would rent again! :)

good location and i appreciate the clean apartment. communication with owner was easy and he was helpful - we were able to enter the apartment and leave our luggages while the cleaning lady cleaned our room. the cleaning lady had our room cleaned during our stay as well. communication is italian via booking, english via whatsapp. we had coffee/tea in shared the hall.

lack of kitchen, windows are to the market or some warehouse, so it can been loud in the morning.

Good place for short stay. Host was communicative, thank you. If you come at night make sure that you have mobile wifi working otherwise you wount be able to call to the host to open door to the buiding, there is nothing like door bell to enter the buiding.

Nothing to complain about.

At Maison Apartments, what we liked the most was the close proximity to the beach. It was literally across the street. The place is also near the railway stop, so it takes 5 minutes to walk to reach the Apartment from the train station. The place is clean and perfect for a 2-3 night stay. The bus stop is also nea,r and it takes 10 minutes to reach the city centre. Very clean and functional. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There should be some glassware in the room - just 2 glasses, cutlery and two plates will do. We bought our dinner and we couldn't cut it or pour the wine. We have to use paper cups in the hall.

There was a slight odor from the bathroom at times, but with a bit of ventilation, it wasn't a major issue.

The room was super nice and just right for a relaxing stay. The beach was only a short walk away, which was great, even though the old town was a little further. We didn’t really mind the walk. The room was really quiet and peaceful, perfect for chilling out.

Shower is really hard to use, its difficult to modify the water temperature, pressure is really weak and hectic.

Cosy, comfortable, good matress, terrace, bathroom, sheets, towels were provided, easy check in and check out, good location if you prefer the beach and silence instead of tourist crowd.

Apartment number 4 is located at the end of the corridor behind a door with nothing written on it. The staff noticed our wandering from the video surveillance cameras, so they gave us instructions. The refrigerator in the room is quite noisy, so it bothered me personally when it turned on at night.

The apartment is quite OK, without any major complaints. Recommended in any case.

My stay in the apartment was overall excellent. It is a comfortable apartment located 30 minutes walking distance from the historic center, or a 12-minute bus ride. I had a late check-in, and the hosts arranged everything smoothly and clearly so that I could check in by myself late at night. Throughout the trip, I kept in touch with the hosts, and they provided help and advice whenever needed. So, check-in, check-out, and communication were top-notch. Pros: The apartment is quite quiet, and there is a closet, fridge, towels, a decent shower, and a toilet. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay in the city for a couple of days. Cons: Sometimes, I could hear the neighbors, but it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Also, I occasionally found hairs here and there, on the shower faucet and in my bed. It's not very pleasant, but manageable. Overall, the apartment was clean. And lastly, the most interesting part – when I checked into the apartment, I was greeted by a neighbor :) A big cockroach in the bathroom. Honestly, I didn't know what to do with it; it stared at the wall for a while, then at me, then back at the wall. It seemed tired, or maybe it was dying. Summoning my courage, I wrapped it in a towel and threw it out onto the balcony. Don’t get me wrong, this is not the hosts' fault; it could have just come in from outside. It's not like the apartment was conducive to cockroach habitation. I'm sure it was a pure coincidence. But still, I wanted to share this story :) I recommend this place!

There was a teeny mix up after I'd arranged another night's stay, first of all I needed to move to another room which was fair enough for a last minute request, however I was then advised that there was a problem and I'd have to move to another location in the centre. This wasn't ideal for me with the car but I was lucky enough to be invited to stay one night with family who were also in the area so I cancelled the additional night and went on my way.

I drove into Bari so was super pleased with the location, which is a 15 minute walk to the centre and Bari Vechio, and only 5-10 minutes to the sea, there was also free parking behind the building which was ideal. The apartment itself was clean and bright with all the facilities you'd expect e.g. tea, coffee, water, iron, hairdryer etc. My host Luigi was very pleasant and was on call to help if I needed anything and was very flexible meeting me on arrival.

As a suggestion: maybe your recommendations on places to visit and short instructions on how to get to the nearest bus/train/shop/bar could be useful in writing to your visitors? Noises inside and outside of the building can be clearly heard, sorry..., and maybe there isn't a lot you can do about it... I really felt it was a great place, and this was the only thing that kept me awake

The check-in was extremely easy: met my smiley host, got the keys and instructions and was left to my own devices to explore Bari. I really liked clinical cleanliness, black-out curtains and complimentary coffee. Thank you.
