Everything is amazing about this place! The actual place looks way better than what the pictures showed. Everything is brand new! Host is amazing too! Brought olive oil and fruits from her farm, and prepared us amazing breakfast!! Will definitely stay here again when I return to Ragusa.

It seems that many beds in Sicily are made from iron and can squeak when you move around alot in your sleep.

We felt very welcome by the gestures of our hostess with the bottle of wine and the gluten free snacks! The location is perfect to explore Ragusa Ibla and the view of the Duomo is beautiful. Also the bathroom is just gorgeous

There is nothing to mention, all about Maiolica is just a pleasure!

It is a wonderful and accommodating place, filled with light, warmth, hospitality, style and a modern touch, including a beautiful shower room, all of which adds to its comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home with Signora Rosa's incredible care and generosity. The breakfast she prepares is nothing short of a feast—abundant, delicious, and lovingly presented. Her son, Alessandro, is also a wonderful help, kind, attentive, and genuinely charming. The location is superb; genuinely, it couldn't be better, just around the corner from the Duomo in the heart of Ragusa, yet peaceful and serene. The views from the windows and balconies are exceptional and authentic in all directions. The property itself is spotless, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and ideally suited for a romantic getaway. And don’t miss both of the restaurants in front of the apartment recommended by Rosa, it's a guaranteed pleasure. And all the locals gathering up there is the best testimony. Highly recommend Maolica rooms for anyone seeking a stay full of beauty, romance, and genuine Italian warmth. Thank you so much, Rosa, for everything!

A wonderful room with a double aspect including a view of the cathedral spire. It was raining for some of the time and it was a lovely room to hang out and enjoy the views. I even could brush up on my piano playing. There are 2 decent restaurants opposite the property. Probably the best part though, was our wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed and made an incredible buffet breakfast just for us in the morning - the coffee was divine. Perfect location just off the main drag. Would definitely come again.

The mattress on the bed was in an absolutely disastrous condition. I haven’t seen a worse, more worn-out mattress even in a 2-star motel. After returning home, I’m spending two weeks on sick leave recovering my back. The whole night, you feel like you’re sinking into the middle of the bed.

The apartment was amazing, beautiful, and spacious, fully equipped. The hostess was very pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic. Except for the bed.

You are immersed in the historical core of Ragusa yet still able to park your car in front of the doors. The host has a good care of you since your arrival, spoiling you with tasty surprises. Breakfast is just TOP-NOTCH!

We stayed one night, and it was fantastic! Rosa is an excellent host—she served a delicious breakfast in our room and even reserved a parking spot right in front of the building. The room was beautiful, with a lovely bathroom and a very comfy bed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. Highly recommend for a short or long stay!

Rosa, the host, is an angel. Her care for the guests is astonishing, and her breakfast breaks all records. The room is perfectly situated with an amazing view and two window fronts with a balcony. All newly renovated.

Amazing apartment! We were beyond happy with our stay. The room is spacious and very elegantly furnished. The piano was a delight. The view of the apartment is great. There is free parking in less than 5 minutes. Rosa is one of the greatest and kindest hosts we have ever met. Our stay was full of surprises because of her. The breakfast was a whole experience by itself! Thank you, Rosa! We love Ragusa Ibla even more because of you! The 2 restaurants right in front of the apartment were our dinner choices. To sum up, we can't recommend enough Rosa's studio apartment.

Great stay. Impeccably clean and comfortable, we were welcomed with strawberries, cookies and a bottle of bubbles. Signora Rosa served us breakfast in the room with the best cappuccino foam I ever head. Highly recommended!

The whole experience was exceptional. Great location, extremely kind host, beautiful room. The breakfast was awsome. We really had a great time here. Although it is in the city, there was almost no street noise due to soundproof windows. Although parking is a bit difficult, we got instructions where to park for free.

Everything was great

We are blissfully happy about our stay here. The room is located in one of the very best parts of the beautiful old town. Great restaurants just opposite the street. The manager Rosa did everything and more to make sure our visit was perfect. Breakfast was very generous and Rosa was warm hearted and service minded in every possible way. The room looked as the picture. Luxurious bathroom.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience during our stay in Ragusa, thanks to this remarkable and generously spacious room. From our window, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the majestic dome, while the entire space had been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated to perfection. The shower was a unique highlight, offering an intriguing view into the room. Just great. Rosa, our gracious host, went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. Her sumptuous breakfast was a delight, and her warm hospitality made our stay all the more enjoyable and inviting.

Excellent care, in a good location, a good night's sleep, the room is clean and nicely decorated. Cold sparkling wine was waiting in the fridge along with strawberries and grapes, as well as an all-inclusive breakfast (salty and sweet groisants, cold meats, fruit, cheese, cereal, jams, 3x juices, coffee, pastries, yogurt. Serving is brought to the room with a trolley. Great place full marks for the whole thing. Thank you Rosy
