Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Village house with a beautiful view and environment. Organic eggs, honey and cakes offered which is a nice gesture. Comfortable beds. Mosquito nets on the windows. Kettle in the kitchen.

AustraliaA very special farm in Tuscany. Beautiful animals, nature and just such a wonderful place to visit. It was artichoke season and the hosts so kindly delivered freshly harvested crop, on top of eggs. Our kids spent hours outside with the dogs, cats, ponies, horse, donkey, chooks, ducks, geese, bunnies and even a wild hedgehog! So simple yet unforgettable.

GermanyWe loved everything, but if you need wifi connection at your accommodation then it is not for you and also if you travel during cold months it could be a bit problematic to heat since it is done in traditional way by wood stove.
Great house in a village with farm animals. Very clean. The host was very nice. Good for exploring south and north tuscany as the place is in the middle. A bit secluded but still quite close to several small active places. (You need to have a car!). Great for those who want to stay in an authentic italian village and to be away from city husstle.

It was exactly what I was looking for, rustic, clean, quiet, beautiful views, full of animals for the kids, they totally forgot about the phone and tablet, they spent the entire 3 days outside, the kitchen was equipped with all you could need, 2 wood burners, kind and friendly owners, great restaurants and villages nearby, perfect.
