The property was well located about a 5 minute walk from Borghi Station and ten minutes to town. The property was very spacious (loved the shower and washing machine)very modern and completely fitted out. Our hosts Marina & Pinno were absolutely awesome offering us a lift to the station on the day we left due to rain. The welcome gift, restaurant and tour information were great touches. We highly recommend the property and we will definitely stay again should we return to Como.

Maybe it could have been some chairs and tables outside for everyone, if you want a bit of sun but dont wanna go all the way down to the city centre.

The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely. There was a lot of space in the apartment which was nice. Everything was clean. The host greeted us at the apartment to show us around. The host also provided a lot of useful information about the area.

The hosts are the nicest people and the apartment is very modern, clean and location is perfect to walk to the city. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't use much of was available to us, but I definetely would stay again. Welcome gifts were the cherry on the cake!

The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Como. It was set in a beautiful small gated community where we felt very safe and comfortable The property was so modern and clean with everything we needed for an amazing stay. The owners of the property were always in contact to make sure we arrived in Como ok and even picked us up at the train station. They left us a beautiful gift also to complement our stay. We could not recommend this place highly enough and I will 100% be back to stay here next time I’m in como.

The property is perfect. There is nothing not to like.

The property was spotless and everything was new and high quality. There was a welcome gift and drinks in the fridge for us. There is a washing machine and everything that you would need for a fabulous holiday in Como. The hosts were absolutely amazing. So helpful and accommodating. Pino is just the nicest person and helped us out a lot. Come and stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Pleasant, well-equipped, modern accommodation with free parking, within a short walk from the lake and city centre. Pino, our host personally greeted us and spoke excellent English. We appreciated the welcome gifts.
