Might not necessarily be the hotel’s fault but there was no access to the lift on the hotel floor. The door just wouldn’t unlock when it took you up to the first floor. Had to carry my luggage up the stairs which wasn’t fun. Just something to bear in mind if you have a lot of luggage or heavy ones.

Very clean, quiet area, walking distance to attractions. Loved the self check in option as we arrived really late. Staff were always available and quick to reply on WhatsApp. Provided us with a steam iron when asked and provided towels daily as routine. Had nice food options around as well. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location, close to some wonderful restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Rooms were beautifully presented with everything you would need throughout your stay. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

A bit noisy on the street side, but the window is limiting the noise

The room was very clean, cosy and conformable. There is a desk with a chair in case you need to work. The bathroom is very nice with a modern shower...some biscuits, water and tea where available at my arrival. Self check in is explained very well and easy to do it. Mary is extremely helpful and friendly! In front of the hotel there is a nice cafeteria. I will come back!

This is now my home away from home in Roma!! Mary is a wonderful and gracious hostess, who looked after every single request and need I had with much poise. Highly recommended. Great location too, close to the Villa Borghese and the nicer parts of Roma, without the crowded tourists around.

Communication from Maria was really good and she was very helpful over a fridge my husband needed for his medicine. The room was attractive and very clean. Bed was comfortable. There are good places to eat nearby (not so much the restaurant opposite to the left - it would be OK if you were tired and just wanted a bowl of pasta).

It is a little pricey. The reception is only open until 6 pm and 5 pm on weekends. No breakfast is included.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful neighborhood. We had no trouble at all finding transportation and visiting all the sights—there’s even a bus stop right outside the hotel. The modern room impressed us from the very first moment, both for its aesthetic and its cleanliness! The service was excellent, and the staff were very willing to help us with the check-in and check-out times, as we had an early morning and a late night flight respectively. Thank you very much for the unique experience—we hope to come back again!
