Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was easy and the location is good. It's easy to walk downtown and there is also a grocery store just next to the place, as well as a nice café nearby. I had a nice stay and can recommend this hotel to anyone.

What I liked the most about the Mangellano Room was the cleanness of the place. It was very comfortable and the host was very nice. It was located in a very safe area with everything you need nearby, like supermarkets and transportation.

It would be perfect to have a kettle and a few mugs even shared for all rooms for tea drinkers like me.

1. The location of the apartment was great in silent, clean district, yet about 25 min from the Old town. I visited Verona to see a few performances in Arena di Verona. and performances end mostly after midnight, so it was important to me that I can walk. 2. The apartment was on the 5th floor and had a balcony with great mountain view and when in bed you could still see a pine tree. This was very relaxing in comparison to my previous year when I slept in the Old town - which was really crowded. 3. Very well equipped store in the same building,

The only problem was the shared bathroom, but it was clean and there was no "heavy traffic" for the bathroom. You have to carefully read before booking, there are options with en suite bathroom.

Nice room, very spacious, thehost was very friendly and helped me with leaving my luggafe after check-out. The location is 25-30 minutes away from the historic center, but it's in a nice neighbourhood, next to the river. The terrace has a great view.

felt quite dirty; marks on the walls, rolls of dust under bed and wardrobe, no bin or mini fridge in the room. Also felt like the AC hasn’t been cleaned in a while so the smell was strange when it was on. Another thing is that the place has two plates for about 4 rooms and a kettle but no cups or tea at least.

The location was definitely the best part - felt safe and very family friendly. The balcony aspect was also nice.

This is basically a large apt that the host has turned one end into a hostel. This is not a problem, but it is not super clear that this is the setup in the listing. Basically you enter his apt and then there are three rooms with locking doors and a shared bathroom (some have en suites). The room was comfortable except the AC did not perform well (granted it was 98 degrees Fahrenheit but we were still sweating in the room). The bathroom is in need of repairs e.g. mold growing on the ceiling, the ceiling sagging, and the shower head holder breaking. Bottom line, if you need a cheap place to stay for a night this place felt safe and was more or less comfortable. Just know what you are getting into.

The host here is incredibly nice, he was willing to arrange for our early arrival and was very kind and welcoming. The location has pros and cons, close to the bus station and a grocery store, far (30 minute walk) from all the main attractions and the train station. Our room was clean and the bathroom was clean, however it is in need of repairs.

We were celebrating our anniversary, and the host arranged a bottle of champagne and some chocolates for us free of charge. He was very kind and helpful! The bathroom is shared and the shower is not the nicest, but it’s good enough.
