Great location

Everything was great

The host is kind and helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access both to the station and around the city. Although it was during the hot summer season, the air conditioning and refrigerator made my stay very comfortable. The shower had no issues with hot water either. It was well worth the price. I would be happy to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Rome.

Amazing views of the Basilica! A perfect location, within an easy walk from Roma Termini Station. The room was spacious and very clean. The comfy bed, fluffy towels and daily maid service was appreciated. Luca is a wonderful available host, who provided much appreciated advice and help during our stay. Security was very good, and we felt very safe. Highly recommend!

Location was brilliant, just down the road from one of the Papal basilicas and very close to all the sights of Rome. Easy transport links. Lovely restaurants just a stone's throw away. Central station just 5 minutes walk. Felt safe and comfortable. The accommodation itself was very secure. The host was great and communication was clear and timely. Air con was very useful as it was 36 on some days! Great value for money. Excellent for a small family with the double bed and the separate single round the corner in the alcove area.

The bathroom was a little awkward - the toilet is right next to the bath and there is an immovable shower screen in the bath making it a bit of an obstacle course, so getting in would be hard for anyone with mobility issues. The air con was not on when we arrived so the apartment was extremely hot but it cooled overnight and then stayed on for the rest of the time we were there so the temperature was very comfortable.

Very clean, refurbished, a/c, lift, great location near station, restaurants, minimart, excellent value for money. Luca let us check in early after long flight - thank you!

Very small bathroom.

The guest house and room was very private. Excellent location, walking distance to all the attractions but still far enough to escape the crowds in a quiet neighbourhood.

Great location, 2 minutes from the Metro. The owner was helpful and attentive with whatever we asked for. The room was clean and the air con worked in 33 degree heat 👍

The room was bigger than we expected and a lovely bathroom with a nice shower. We had a great stay as traveling backpackers. It was a handy location to the main station but in a safe area. We could walk to the colosseum in under 20 minutes and used the metro for other spots. Good value for money

Loved this place. We were able to drop our cases early. Super friendly host. 5 minutes walk from central station 10 minute walk to Coliseum and other sights. Nice room very comfortable. Easy access to minimarts in area. All good no faults. Recommended.

Noisy, busy road, which was continues throughout the night.

We only stayed one night at Madonna Della Neve but were pleasantly surprised, compared with other accommodation we have stayed in when in Rome. The room was recently updated. Spotlessly clean. Excellent bathroom with good hot shower, big towels and toiletries. The double glazed windows suppressed noise. Bed was firm but comfortable. We didn't use the aircon but good to see it. We used the small refrigerator to cool some drinks. Unusual to see a refrigerator in Italy at this price point, so it was greatly appreciated. Even has a hair dryer. A coffee machine and capsules were supplied. Unfortunately the machine didn't function properly but it wasn't a deal breaker. The owner was polite, helpful and friendly. The location is only a very short walk from Termini station, in a nice area with supermarket and lots of eating options available. You can walk to the Forum and Colosseum in about 20 minutes. A great place to stay for a few nights, at a fair price for Rome.

Had a very good stay at Madonna della Neve. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfy and clean. Close to the train station and all the Rome attractions. I could also leave my luggage after checkout as my flight was only later in the day. Overall a perfect stay. Will definitely book again if I’m in Rome.

Location and view are fantastic!

Bath tub/ room is not clean with some mold.

We liked the location and the view from the room, from which you could see the Maria Maggiore church. The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly quiet at night. We could leave the window open to get fresh air w/o experiencing too much noise.

We didn't have maid service. We had to ask for clean towels because none were provided, nor was the room cleaned during our stay. Our trash can was overflowing by the time we left. The shower was very small. We are not big people, yet we had difficulty getting in and out of it. To use the toilet, we had to sit on it sideways, as there was no room to fit our knees because the shower was in the way. It was so ridiculous we could only laugh.
