It was everything you want in a guest house. Lovely welcome, house smelt wonderful with beautiful essences in the hall and room. The hallway and room were very carefully decorated in an elegant theme. We had the flamingo room. Just lovely. Delicious Tea also provided to cap it all off. The lift was also very helpful.

One little thing that was not great was that the room was smelling of cigarettes, which I understand was probably the previous guest's fault, but they could've handled that in some way.

It was a good experience, the hostel is really close to the station, the room has all you need, and the staff is supportive. It was also a good budget choice!

Noisy air conditioning and shower not very good

Location was fine. Room was a bit outdated and shower cubicle very small and not very good. Breakfast was fine.

The paiting on the room are a bit strange.

Everyone at the Hotel was very helpful, we parked our car there which was much more convenient than using the surrounding parkings which where much more expensive. The room was ok, the bed was very comfortobale and the air conditioning made no sound at all.

The shower unit leaks a lot of water on to the floor - this needs attention, since we did not get a change of towels.

It is important to be more clear to guests that breakfast is not included in the price. Staff in reception were pleasant and helpful, much appreciated.

The shower was very small. A large person would have difficulty making use of it.

Breakfast was good, better than continental but not quite full blown American breakfast. Plenty to choose from and the coffee service was fantastic. The location relative to the train station was perfect for us and also very local to all attractions.

The bathroom was small and tight. But, they quickly fixed the sink that wasn't draining properly. There was no conditioner or body wash but they did provide shampoo for a small shower stall. We are tall people so found the shower stall tight too.

We enjoyed the selection for breakfast. It was excellent. The room was comfortable and we had plenty of room for our belongings. Towels were provided daily even though not requested and they also made our bed. The location was fantastic as we were 4 minutes walk from the train station. We had a short walk to all attractions and slept well after days of sight seeing.

Vis a vis the building is a building with a very loudly slamming metal gate. There is an office or school in it because the gate was constantly moving and slamming. It was somewhat acute with the balcony open. If you don't plan to sit in the room for a long time during the day and start your tour in the morning it will be ok. If you like naps during the day it may be a bit disturbing.

Very nice designer room decor. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and all the basic amenities. The neighborhood is quiet despite the proximity to the train station.

This is located in a building where there are multiple hotels or BnBs . There is staff of mail hotel which will help you will the check in but after that for any other query no one is really there to help you . Our room’s AC was not working and nobody addressed it for our entire stay. Also for everything you have to go down to reception of the main hotel , they do not bring anything to your room

We loved the location, it was only a few minutes walk from the main train station, close to the city, safe to walk around at night. Good size apartment and bathroom, large balcony with views of other apartments, breakfast buffet was basic but good, elevator/lift from reception area to our room (not from outside to reception, be prepared to lift suitcases up some stairs)

The room was cold and full of mosquitoes. I killed more then ten mosquitos in two days and all my family was suffered from their bites. I would expect that the room was disinfected by a mosquito repellent before our arrival and some maeasures were taken for the windows (like insect meshes). The noise isolation from the street was very poor and all single vehicle passing may awake you.

The location and wideness of the room is very fine. Staff is helpful.
