The stairs to the penthouse could be a challenge to some less agile travellers and travelers should be warned about them.

Excellent location! Easy walk to everything. The host Barbara is so helpful with recommendations and she also took care of making dinner reservations for us. We used the parking offsite which she also had prearranged for us. The apartment was spotless and very spacious.

We had the best and most unbelievable stay in Polignano a Mare. We couldn’t believe how amazing the apartment location was. It’s right in the middle of the town, with restaurants, cafes, bars, all at your doorstep. We travelled here for our honeymoon and we had the greatest time. The host - Barbara, was so helpful and she helped book beach days, tours, and even booked a last minute dinner reservation for us at one of the best restaurants in Polignano a Mare. We can’t wait to come back, it was magical!!!

The host, Barbara, met us upon arrival. She was very helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to not only orient us to the apartment and its features, but also helped us the surrounding area. She quickly responded to any all matters that related to questions or needs that we had. She was excellent in every way.

Narrow staircase getting into the apartment

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious, modern and impeccably clean with the most efficient noise cancelling doors when closed. The apartment is located on one of the main tourist strips that has many restaurants and bars within easy walk. Great Wifi, A/C and even a welcome snack & bottle of wine on arrival. Barbara our host was extremely helpful and responsive with helpful advice & instructions. We would definitely rebook here when we return to this lovely place.

Loved everything!

We stayed in the 2 Bedroom. The apartment was spacious, modern and impeccably clean! Great Wifi, A/C and care package with your basic needs coffee, tea, cream & welcome snack with wine! This GEM is in the heart of Via Roma with plenty of restaurants and famous beach. What truly makes this place outstanding was our host Barbara! Well in advance she sent videos (about her place) and a list of recommendations from beaches to restaurants to car park and included was transfers (golf cart) rides to and from her apartment to car park. She made special reservations at a beach club for us (Le Palme) spectacular and even arranged special rates vs if I would have booked it myself (under $100) which included towels, parking, lounge cards and umbrella with bottle service 4th row to ocean .. just spectacular. Barbara takes it to another level and always responds immediately ❤️ if you can get a booking here skip the hotels… this is a true 5 Star Experience!

Stairs to the apartment with a lot of luggage 😩 Just too much messaging prior to our trip from owner. We were travelling in numerous locations and were receiving constant messages requesting passport details etc. Did not receive this from any other of our Italian accommodations

Our host, Barbara, is unlike any other. She went above and beyond and was our personal concierge throughout our stay which we didn't expect; restaurant suggestions and bookings, beach reservations, transportation and luggage service etc. The property is in a prime central location in Polignano a Mare. We stayed at the two level apartment (she also offers a ground floor separate apartment which I didn’t see). Our apartment had a roof-top pool, beautiful outdoor living space with plenty of seating, dining table and umbrella with ocean view. Albeit the pool is quite small it was perfect to cool off in the August heat. The indoor space had everything you need, clean, beautifully decorated and offered 4 balconies to enjoy. Parking is challenging however we were offered a parking lot off site that provided golfcart transportation which is about 5 minutes to the property. There is no elevator and the staircase to reach the apartment is steep and narrow with low ceilings and turns making it quite difficult to navigate especially with luggage. A porter service was offered and I highly recommend using it for a minimal cost.

The only thing to be aware of is that you have to get all your luggage up the winding stairs. But it was not in any way a deal breaker.

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of town which is exactly where we wanted to be for our family of 5. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was newly renovated. The bathrooms were beautifully done. The private rooftop was so nice to see the town views and also had the dipping pool and chairs to relax and enjoy the weather. Be prepared for stairs to get to the apartment and to get to the upstairs bedroom. If you have a car use the car park offered for €25 and they’ll bring you to the apartment as the streets there are narrow to drive. There’s a nice coffee bar called Bar Luna just around the corner to the apartment.
