It was very modern

It’s quite small and is perfect for a short stay, we stayed for a week and even though there was a cooker provided there was no pan, there was no sweeping brush or hoover provided and when I asked the owner/ staff for a brush they never provided one, it’s a bit far from the historical area

It was a spacious room & the location was excellent and very close to the train station, buses n taxi’s without noise being a problem.

1) Communication: shortly after completing the booking I received a message from the manager to organize the details. Our arrival was at a very late time due to train connections but the manager kindly arranged for a someone to wait for us in the entrance. 2) Location: is good for a specific type of travelers: the ones in need of a short - one night stay nearby to the central station to reach their morning connection.

1) Area feels quite dodgy but this is common for train station perimeters all around europe.I would therefore avoid checking in late at night. 2) there is no sign or other indication of the actual place being there. My understanding is that this is a mixed building with some apartments available to book. 3) The person who received us during our late check in had a portable POS that took quite a while to complete the transaction leading to a delay of at least 15-20 minutes to settle in the room and sleep in anticipation of our very early train connection. 4) overall do not expect any hotel vibes or whatsoever. This is in reality an Airbnb type of property ideal for overnight stays to catch your morning train.

Safe, excellent instructions for entry. Felt safe and a short walk to the centre. It wasnt clear from the booking however that parking wasn't included or provided, but rather could be sourced locally. This wasnt a problem but for future bookers it should be made clearer that if theyre driving, they either need to find a spot near by and pay via ticket meter or use a parking garage.

Location to train is so convenient with a few minutes walk. Walking to old town centre is flat and an easy walk within 15 minutes. They allowed us to leave our luggage before check in.

There was an awful odour of off fish. The listing wasn’t correct in the fact there was no washing machine or dryer

Handy for the station and the city centre. Very clean. The apartment opens onto the inner courtyard, and so is relatively quiet. Nice balcony for sitting out on. Staff very helpful.

Small bathroom, small shower and no bidet. Only two coffee capsules - a bit mean for a double room.

Close to stazione Centrale but quiet

Difficult to find- no sign or indication of the “palazzo”. Room well designed but too small.

Very convenient location for the train station, room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Access was easy and host was very responsive

Only minor inconvenience was that we had planned to use the washing machine however it was dirty inside so we opted not to use it

Perfect location , fairly clean ,friendly staff ,comfortable and well equipped accommodation. I would highly recommend this premises to anyone travelling to Bari.

The non working coffee maker that I reported as non working but was not replaced during my stay unfortunately 😕

shower flooded the floor, I left a note perhaps previous person did not inform the staff could leave some coffee as none available despite their being a machine
